Don't trust these people - we've had major problems with rats and they sold us their "guarantee" for £2.5k. Very unreliable when it comes to scheduling (we interacted with Hussam/Daniel) and when they actually attend they just shine a light around and tell you there's nothing they can do.

We've eventually hired someone else and are now trying to get our money back which isn't easy given their customer service doesn't respond to emails... Will probably have to sue.

Do yourself a favour and stay away as far as possible from this company.

The engineer varun was excellent and amazing he carried out site visit and he done a detailed survey and found heavy infestation of mice in the kitchen and living room after that he explain the treatment plan and told about the three layer proofing. he put down the traps and did proofing . now everything is sorted out .he explain very well everything, now there is no more mouse is my house and I am very happy with his service. excellent service throughout .

Excellent services, very fast. We have a huge rat & mouse infestation in our attic with mice & rats & nests & they laid traps and made sure to get rid of them & fix the holes they made. Now we no longer have rats & im very grateful & recommend for you to hire them

I was looking for a pest control technician to get rid of cat fleas. Varun was my pest control technician and he was friendly, informative, he explained to me clearly what infestation we had in our house and turns out it wasn’t just fleas but also carpet beetle infestation. He sorted out everything and was very thorough. Thank God, my husband and I can finally sleep in peace. I highly recommend Varun for his excellent customer service.

Pest Control got rid of a serious wasp problem, we have had wasps in the roof for 2 years. They got rid of the wasps and Harry did an excellent job of spraying the nests, removing them and cleaning the area, it was very neat. He also found a hidden wasps nest and made sure those wasps were also treated. Well done! Thank you very much for your hard work!

The experience with Quick Pest Control has been very good and i would highly recommend them. Not only were they fast to come home, survey the flat, and begin the treatment, but were also extremely informed about the pest problem and how we could limit recurrence. Haroon came over multiple times to regularly check on the mice activity and was very surgical in his treatment.

So far, EPIC service. Called Quick near midnight on a Thursday panicked about bed bugs. He saw the picture and said it was a Beatle, offering to come out the next morning to inspect. Sadly he found bed bugs which sent me MENTAL.Hassam kept me calm and continued to reassure us. I moved locations and he offered to inspect wherever I went knowing I had entirely lost it with this bloody news. Hassam delivered and sent Haroon to inspect our new place this am. Haroon was a legit legend. So kind and patient and most importantly, thorough!!!! Hopefully I never have to see these things again. Swear I couldn’t sleep all night waiting for todays inspection. These lads are everything. Eternally grateful.

We used QPC to sort our Mice problem which (fingers crossed) they managed to do so. We have a 5 year guarantee with them and when we have called them back, they have at no bother to them. We would like to thank Wayne in particular for his excellent service. He went above and beyond to help us and we cannot thank him enough!
