I had a rat infestation in my home's loft. Along with the electric wires, the loft was being damaged. I feared suffering a significant loss. I then discussed my issue with the company and got control. I availed their services and am happy with them. Since they used environmentally friendly pesticides, there were no rats that died inside my home. They highlighted some holes and gaps in loft, I had done some proofing work, and no rats were found. I appreciate the work that technician Ahmed did.

Cockroaches were a severe problem in my home, especially in the kitchen. I hired a lot of services, but I was unsatisfied with their results. My friend suggested this company, so I had them treat my house last month. I was pleased with the results and found no cockroaches in any area of my home.
I feel relaxed now and recommend their services.

I was very fedup of mice, as i was noticing my new clothes being chewed at some spots by them specially my cotton clothes. So i contacted quick pest and they were very helpful with understanding my issue and provided me with a good service and assured me that they will be available at one call if i have the issue again.

The worst business I have ever dealt with. They will constantly lie and tell you what you want to hear to get your money, then break their promises at every opportunity
They made guarantees not a single mouse would die in the property but we had mice dying all over the property, bleeding to death on carpets, and rotting behind kitchen appliances.
They tried to remove ‘all poison’ in three different attempts because they had no recollection of where all they had left it, and we still found boxes of poison months late that could have killed pets.
They left wet poison all over our kitchen, on the kitchen worktop, in the sink and all over the floor.
They refused to complete the work and we have had to take legal action - for which they are willing to commit perjury to cover up their own incompetence

I would like to share with you my personal experience. I had cockroaches problem in my house especially in kitchen. With the reference of my friend, I used the services of this company and got excellent results. I recommend this company.

This is the biggest financial mistake I made to hire this company. I had to pay thousands to rectify.
Please don't be forced into a contract if if you something is off. I felt that but still pay them all ahead.
They must have fake reviews.

As a previous costumer I consider that I was misleaded.

I have been told over the phone that the price starts at 250 plus vat.
When on site I have been told we are looking at 1500 plus vat for a full pack.
I accepted 700 plus vat( with 6 months free visits) as we were keen to resolve the issue but now I feel bad that I accepted.

Moreover, we have been asked to pay ahead which didn't like but again when you are desperate may take bad decisions. What if they go bust? No contracts....

Lessons learnt - always ask a few contractors to quote for your work don't just jump ahead.
To be honest they have good reviews on Google but I'm sorry didn't check on this website.
It may be that for companies/letting agencies there are better deals but for private is not.

Don't know other prices and they may do a good job but overall I'm not happy.

Please check others so we encourage competition.

For a single person being on site for 30-40 minutes a £160 fee is bit high in my view.

I spotted a small mice last night and called out the company they told me price was starting £250 + VAT. After they arrived did the full inspection they said £1500 + VAT for two years guaranteed, I told them it’s over my budget then they said another option would be £700 + VAT, I was desperately resolve the problem so I went for it with 6 months guaranteed with four more times free visit. The treatment last around one hour and let’s hope the problem is really resolved, that’s a lots of money for me. At least both staffs were friendly to me.

Be alert with this people. I signed up for one year the service was not good when my contract come to an ends without my consent they collected £350 from my account . Waited for 5 months and after the 5 months they thought I didn’t say anything I most not notice the payment and sent someone to my shop to collect another payment. I told them you already collected payment from my account then they said sorry it was mistake and I am sure this was intentionally. When my last contract came to end I decided to not renew my contract for 2 reason one was that they tried to take double payment and this was intentionally and second the service was very poor. At the renewal they contact me over and over for payment and I was try to be polite and told them I will call them later. When they didn’t hear from me then they called the Invirmental health department of the Concil and informed them I have problem in my shop and I don’t have pest control. This way they thought I will be calling them again what they don’t realise that customers can be won with honesty and good service and not with dishonesty. Stay away from this people.

I had roaches infestation in the kitchen and store room. I range them up and they were at my doorstep in a day. Inspected well and treated well. I have not seen even a single one since availing their service.

Only Excellent.... Absolutely credit goes to your company and team who gave me instant and fast response as I was expecting. They helped me tremendously and understand the current situation and treated well.
So....I got the results and completely controlled the rodents problem.

I had pest problem at my home.

I called up mid June and after a fair amount of back and forth we arranged a visit June 15 as my tenant had seen rats in the kitchen.

The technician came and then reported back there was a large hold next door that was likely where the rats were entering. I asked if that could be in the report I had paid £249 for and he said yes. I chased on June 16 and was told the next day. June 17 and no report, chased again and again via text, call and VM (as noone ever picked up).

June 24th the guy from the office calls and asks for my email - the one I gave them June 16th, and the one on the application and payment receipt. Gave again. Got report.

Not enough detail in the report to get my neighbour to fill in the hole, but i took pics anyway. Asked when they could come back to fill the holes after the bait had gone down.

July 5 Quick Pest Control CALL ME asking ME if they should come back yet. I said I was going off their technician that they should al be dead in a few days but tenant still hearing rats. Said leave a few more days and booked Monday 11th July for return visit and to ideally fill the holes to stop them coming in.

This is where it got worse...

Monday 11th July. My tenant takes morning off for the visit. No one turns up. I chase.

Tuesday 12th July I call, leave a message (noone ever answers) and text asking for an update. Technician picks up and says he will go in an hour. Asks for tenants details (again). Ends up going back later that night. Said they couldn't fill holes as couldn't get access .. to a dishwasher on wheels that I know pulls out.

Weds 13th July after 2nd visit I ask for an update and when the holes can be filled. No response.

13 - 25th July I call, text and leave messages. No response. It is now 1 month since I paid.

25th July I get a text saying they need to leave it 4 weeks after the 2nd visit for 'better utilization of my money'. This directly contradicted what the technician said about getting the holes filled. They say they have tenants details and will sort revisit direct.

Nothing ....

9th September - I call and leave VM, then text asking for next steps.

Nothing ....

September 26. Calls and texts but still no reply and no contact to tenant. No rats at least so hoping they have all died off. Can someone call me with an update on when they can fill the holes.

Nothing ...

October 7th - I'm now annoyed. Tenant has been great but we both want this over. Still no contact. I have to call another one of the Quick Pest Control offices to try and get them to call me back. Funnily enough this time they do.

I supply my tenants contact details, again. After some more back and forth they come and seal the holes. This is 4 months after I paid for their service.

November 30th - rates are back, less than 6 weeks after they filled the holes. I called and told them, and they told me their 'guarantee' is from the start date of the treatment, not the end date. If I want them to come back out they want another £249 to start all of this again.

So, my advice, if you live in NW do not use these guys. I can't say anything about the other offices, and when I spoke with them they were helpful and understanding, but overall these guys took my money and didn't deliver on their promise or their guarantee.

Two stars because when they did turn up they were nice. They just didn't get to turn up much because the office isn't run very well.

Hassan an engineer, came to my property on the 23rd September 2022 to assess the issue. Spoke to me on the phone and wanted the payment to be made, which I did in order to receive a written report and videos. To this date I still have not received anything despite calling the main office. Will not be using this company again.

My aunt Paid £300 for monthly visits from May to July. 1st visit poison was put down and they said they would need to fill holes and in particular copper would be needed to stop the rats gnawing through. 2nd and 3rd visits never happened! My aunt is unwell and I followed up on her behalf- the service is dreadful! Messed around told I would receive a call back several times. Nothing! When I tried to point out how remiss they have been - they are just not willing to listen- we are told finally that the time frame has lapsed now- yet it’s their fault for not providing the service within the agreed time. They have been given plenty of opportunities to rectify and just don’t care- nothing from them! This company is fraudulent! They are happy to take your money and not carry out agreed work. They are not to be trusted at all.

A team member contacted us and the work has now been resolved. The company have apologised and rectified their mistake.

THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE PAID FOR FAKE REVIEWS - BEWARE.

I was ripped off by a pest control man in 2021. In February 2022 when the rats had come back, I made sure I shopped around to not have a repeat of before. I spoke to this firm and because I knew all about where they were coming from, I was crystal clear from the outset; I have an infestation. I was quoted from £330 plus vat for a CCTV survey to highlight entry and exit points, a visit every ten days to bait and collect bodies and a guarantee that they will be eradicated within 6 months. There then would be an additional cost to fill the hole. The first visit was in Feb 2022. The guy charged my girlfriend £780 because I wasn't there to tell him he was ripping us off. 7 months on, not one bit of CCTV equipment has entered my property, there has been about 7 visits in total with just poison being out down and the rats are still here. He also tried to sell my girlfriend a odour eliminating gel for £75. Thank God she declined because one of his colleagues gave us one for free on the next visit claiming it was part of the service! I could have purchased ten times the poison that these guys have put down for the cost they have charged. I would recommend using a bigger company like Rentokill. In my experience, the smaller pest control firms are not good.

Survey was very expensive and was very pushy in receiving payment.
