This is for QR code-io. I was enrolled in a subscription I did not want and was not aware of. Then when I went to cancel, I was told my email account could not be found. I wrote to the contact address, and got a response, asking for my CC digits and year, and have heard nothing since. They did contact me to tell me my CC was declined (it was stolen) so clearly they did have my address; when it was replaced, they automatically got that number, somehow. What a mess. UPDATE: after I contacted them yet again, they gave me a "free lifetime subscription" I did not want, and still did not cancel the account. I was also able to log in finally, after I sent them a screen shot of not being able to log in to send a "cancel" request. Funny how that worked.

This company has no business ethics! Beware and do not use this site.

I signed up for the 14-Day Full Access Option (R37-50) to generate two QR codes for a sports tournament that I was helping to coordinate.

I was later (end of the month) charged R945 for the Full-Access Monthly Package (which is conveniently the most expensive option).

At no point did I give my consent to 'upgrade' to this package and I was not notified.

I would not recommend that anyone uses this site. They are thieves!!

THESE REVIEWS ARE NOT GENUINE. This company is a scam company that tricks customers into getting a “free QR code” then deactivating a week later if you don’t pay their exorbitant subscription costs. I would rather pay £1000 to get the whole lot re-printed then give a Penny to these scammers!

So simple to do, and only a few minutes to make.

Great product, which turned out to be a lost customer and a tragic customer experience. Reason is simple: lack of transparency in their marketing practices - THERE IS A SUBSCRIPTION HIDDEN BEHIND your one-time-purchase. Beware!

The process for creating the QR Code was clear. I filled in the boxes and the QR Code was generated...and it worked! I hope that when I make it available on my publicity for my free therapeutic gardens, people will scan the code and watch this garden meditation video.

Do not give them your card details. They will be accessible to anyone with access to the QR code.
A long time ago, I purchased a short subscription where I had to use a QR code on some material that was meant to be distributed.

Now, a few months later—and after my subscription has expired—I try to use the QR code. It has expired. Fair enough. But it is possible to renew the subscription with a single click of a button. They have stored my card details, which are displayed on the page—and you can just press “buy.” I start wondering: Is this the case for everyone who has access to the QR code? I ask a colleague to try. It is possible. This means that anyone with access to the QR code can
1) view my card details and
2) purchase subscriptions using my card without any additional security.

They are now refusing to refund me, instead offering lifetime access and all sorts of alternatives. No thanks—they will be reported to the police instead.

This is a great service for making QR codes, with tons of design and color options to really make your codes stand out. It's also incredibly easy to use. I highly recommend it!
