parking scam

Scam, text telling me my car has a parking ticket. It hasn't been anywhere in two weeks. And a German site for English parking.
So rubbish it's laughable.

Received a text from 07377 708334 regarding a parking fine which I knew immediately was a scam as I haven't parked anywhere recently!!! It has been blocked and reported and I never click on the link so Beware

Bogus parking fine text

Received a text regarding alleged parking fines. Thought it was suspicious so did a quick internet search. Don't click on the link, it's definitely a scam which I have reported. Pleased I read previous comments here to confirm my suspicions.

Stating "your vehicle has received a parking fine. Pay immediately. Avoid overdue surcharges and possible litigation " then the link containing qrco.de with no preview of what the link is.

Luckily I looked up the number- no luck of spam reports
Looked up the qrco.de and found the reviews- thank goodness

Don't be click bait-scam

Beware of "We are sorry to inform you that the package is missing the house number due to damaged outer packaging during transportation. Please click on the link to update within 24 hours, and we will arrange delivery for you again within 48 hours.
