The customer service is quite…

The customer service is quite excellent, although I don't have the qreatebike specifically, I have one of their other bikes which they offer great service for, replacement parts when something breaks or troubleshooting in general. I haven't had to pay for spare parts so far so I can really recommend the company behind qreatebikes
