Scam - they advertise a free qr code, but then in couple of weeks it becomes non-active (after everything been printed) and ask you to "upgrade" to their subscription plans... Shame on you...

Such disgusting business practices! Falsely stating that QR codes are free, but then after 2 weeks the codes expire and the most expensive subscription is required to keep them active. Over US$15... See more

Scam!

Scam! I believe they believe it is clearly stated all over their website but it is not. Unintended you sign up for a annual plan for 200,00€.

UPDATE: QRTY now challenged my review on trustpilot.com saying I am not a real customer. I sent two invoices to trustpilot to proof that I am who I am and my experience with QRTY is real.

WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

They charge you 0.50 euro then after 14 days they charge 200 euro which you cannot refund.
This is the typical scam.

you need to scroll down to the end of the page to see the smallest text where is written that you have 14 days trial period and after that they will charge you 200 euros.

200 euro taken from my card without agreement.
SCAMMERS!

Servizio clienti imbarazzante, VERY BAD CUSTEMER SERVICE

Servizio clienti imbarazzante, non vengono incontro alle esigenze e alle richieste dei clienti. Ho richiesto l'annullamento dopo poche ore dalla preautorizzazione dell' acquisto e non sono disposti ad annullare la transazione.

Embarrassing customer service, they do not meet customer needs and requests. I have requested the cancellation after a few hours from the pre-authorization of the purchase and I am not willing to enter into the transaction.

Avoid and use other services instead.

Okay, lesson learned.
It is a sneaky website that tricks you into paying a 200 euro subscription for generating 1 QR code.

They pull you through the funnel to generate a code for 50 cents (which is reasonable, even though there are dozens of free websites for that). The moment you pay 50 cents they enrol you into a YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION, about which you'll learn in 14 days when they will charge your card. Obviously, they don't do refunds and have only yearly plans.

There are more than 100 negative reviews here. Think about it, they already made more than 20 000 euros on scamming people. Horrible horrible business, I hope eventually someone of these scumbags will get to jail.

Like everybody else I was scammed on…

Like everybody else I was scammed on this website!!!

The design of the website is clearly made to trick you because there no any visible text on the beginning of the page, you need to scroll down to the end of the page to see the smallest text where is written that you have 14 days trial period and after that they will charge you 200 euros.
But the biggest problem is when you are making account that they don't ask you for any credit card information so in the first you are thinking that this is some regular create account website without any annually subscription.
After that you are building your QR code for which you need to pay 0.50e to be able to use them so still everything seems ok, but in that point you are making big mistake because now they have your card information and now they will silently charge you with 200 euros with any permission.
P.s. I live and work in Serbia where this 200 euros price is 50% of my all income, shame on them, this company is the biggest SCAMMERS!!!

Scammers

They offered a 50cent service and two week later charged my credit card €200.

When questioned, they said it was in the small print.

Absolute scammers. If they were a decent business, they would not make money from simple errors the customers make by not reading the small orint.

Because it was €200 I can afford to take them to court. I would just love to do so and make them go bankrupt.

Don't use this company

This service is terrible,
they mislead you with a 50 cents charge and then charge you for an entire year 200 euros and don't even answer an email when you say you made a mistake. They need to make their charges clearer.

Scam!!! Pay attention

Scam! I was also charged 200€ for one qr code for which I payd 50cents! Totally missleading! And I used their service because it felt right to pay for a code rather than looking for a free one, just to be scammed! Will fight this!

Later edit: Trust Pilot asked me to send more information but the link provided asks for a reference number. There is NO reference number of my transaction with QRTY… not in the purchase confirmation mail (which is in German, anyway), nor in the recent mail I received in which they confirm that they have no intention to reimburse me. (Eventualy, I introduced the number in the only code I purchased) I replied with more information about the situation but I believe it is a robot, I got no answer. I should add that at the time of the purchase I was attending a conference in Viena and needed a code to direct audience to an article. It might be the reason I got the German confirmation and that created the situation that is costing me 200 EUR, but I do not reside in Austria. If they are genuine, they should be opened to discuss the matter and provide a way to communicate. So far, this is the only way I find… Still hoping. Monday I will start contacting customer protection services.

Customer Service/Support Second to None

The customer service/support was second to none. I had deleted the account by mistake and with only an Email explaining what I had done they restored it again for me. Extremely happy with the service received.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY

I used my debit card to pay for a single QR code the amount of €0.50. They kept the details of the card and used it in order to charge me, without my consent, an annual subscription.

They stole from me 200 Euros, and this is NOT FAIR.

When I entered the site, the process was to pay €0.50 for the QR code, so I had a quiet mind that I wouldn't have any extra charge, as I already paid for their service. The way the process of the payment/subscription is constructed, TRICKS YOU into making this mistake!

I have already contacted my bank asking for my money back, and I will take it as far as it takes.

Email from Trust Pilot:
"qrty.mobi has flagged your review because they aren’t sure you've had a genuine experience with them. Please help us verify your review by sending us documentation showing your buying or service experience with qrty.mobi."

I did send documentation because I wouldn't spend my time for them if they didn't take money from me in this deceitful way. Now, my experience with the company is tagged as verified.

And my question is: WHY don't the positive reviews have the same tag? WHY ARE THEY NOT VERIFIED?

Thank you very much!
