had the same experience of many with the misleading QR code / subscription ending in €200.
I HAD MY MONEY BACK, please follow these steps:
1- Claim possible fraud with your bank
2- Bank will ask to send an email to the company where you state you disagree with the amount taken
3-Go to the European Consumer Center website of your country and FILE a COMPLAINT

4- They will hand it over to the Spanish Centro Europeo del Consumidor en España
cec.consumo.gob.es - who will inform the company about their VIOLATION

Great quality and lovely customer service!

The qr was fine. I created an account but they don’t really send any confirmation mails so it was complicated afterwards to find my account also they don’t tell when they’re going to charge you 200€ for a subscription. It was my fault I didn’t read properly the plans but it’s definitely not a good way to charge their clients

It is a scam, I paid 0.50€ and two weeks later I was charged another 200€ without any notification about my subscription changing or being changed, not even an email after they changed the 200€. I complained, got a generic reply saying they cannot refund me. I canceled my card, filled in the repot about unauthorized use of my credit card and will report this to the police in the morning. Will also report this to every knows cybercrime fighting institutions and will not leave this alone.

The interface is super easy to use!
I had an issue where I accidentally lost all my QR codes and the customer service got back to me promptly and restored everything without a hitch.
In comparison to all other services the price is also very reasonable. Would recommend!

Got an issue with my credit card, I paid with money transfer and the service was activatred in a very short time. Fast and efficient

I accidentally clicked om my card, inside the account, and it charged me for 200eur.
Thanks for support, the quickly resolve my issue, and procced with refund.

This is a corrupt site! Indeed after 14 days they charge your credit card with euro 200. I will insist in a refund via the credit card company

The same happened to me but I managed to get a refund.

Here is my story, probably it could helo you.

Like many of you, they made me believe I was paying for one single QR code. 14 days later I got charged 200€ so I logged in, I deleted the only QR code I had (It never worked as it always showed an error) and cancel the subscription just minutes after the charged me. I emailed them asking for a refund and pointing out the QR code never worked. They send me their policies (the same email they first sent in German) in English and mentioned they wouldn't give me my money back.

I filed a dispute/chargeback directly with my bank and shared the respective evidence (The email of the merchant denying me the refund and my email saying that the subscription was cancelled). Also mentioned that, as part of some regulations, they didn't notify me 7 days before about the upcoming charge. Finally, I demand to respect my rights as stated by the European Commission that says that I can cancel service and get my money back.

After that, I emailed the merchant and asked again for my money and questioned their shady subscription plan. Additionally, I sent another email demanding to get all my banking information deleted from their system as part of my rights according to the GDPR in the European Union.

Days after, my bank contacted me first saying that this Spanish company charged me using PayPal, but this is not accurate, so I pushed back and they were working directly with Visa but they were asking for the evidence of the subscription being cancelled within the first 14 days... However, out of nowhere, the merchant refunded the funds manually and the case was closed and I got my money back. Finally, I cancelled the card I used with them.
