S26 Ultra, great case but can't say the same for the screen protector

Been a fan of Quadlock for quite a while now. Have used the cases and mounts for over 5 years over 3 generations of Samsung phones and never got disappointed until the last order. Got a case and a screen protector for the latest S26 Ultra. The case works beautifully but the screen protector, not so much. The size of the protector is quite a bit smaller than the screen itself and it leaves a bit over a mm gap all the way around. It was quite difficult to center it properly. The biometric features also did not work well when I had the protector on. So had to take it off. Hence the 3 star review.

Cases and mount for motorcycle

I bought one more case for a samsgun s24+
I already bought for a diferent mobile phone in the past, and the motorcycle mount with wireless charging and vibration dampner
All are great. Great quality, easy to use and allows me to charge my mobile phone everytime i need it
Its also great that even not recent models still have cases available. Will buy again, everytime i change mobile phone

New case lov it!

I purchased a new phone an S26. Samsung needed a case. And since I have the quadlock phone mount on my motorcycle, I purchased the vibration dampener and the cell phone case, love them both the case. It has been improved with a little texture to keep it from slipping, out of your hand much improved from the last one. Also, magnetized, the vibration dampener works very well. Gotta protect your new phone.Shipping was very fast. Got it. Within a week and have no complaints. I would recommend if you want a secure mount for your phone go quad lock you won't be disappointed.

Very secure mount for cycling. Top notch.

My experience is with mounting an iphone on my bicycle. Couldn't be more pleased. Phone is absolutely secure. First purchase was after I crashed and my phone slid out of my pocket to the middle of the street. I've purchased additional mounts for additional bikes and new cases when my phone has changed. Product is great. It's secure and I can use it while riding.

Quad Lock is great

Quad Lock is great! With some caveats. Holds phone very secure, wireless base is great, had a problem with mine not staying on. Kept charging then not charging. Traced it to the pigtail with USBC end. Company not only replaced it but sent me 2! Was not expecting that. Also had contacted them about it then had to put it off for several months because of health problems. They stayed with me through it all. Only problem I have is latching phone on base. Sometimes I get it first time but usually have to keep trying over and over to get it to line up right. There needs to be a redesign so it clicks on easier!

Regarding the latching, we understand it can be a bit tricky at first. With a little practice, mounting the phone usually becomes second nature. The system is designed this way intentionally, it keeps the phone secure while mounted on the bike, but still allows it to be removed when needed, helping prevent theft.

The case was rugged

The case was rugged! I dropped the phone many times and never any cracks on the phone.
The case started to warp randomly one day. I sent a photo to customer service and they replaced it in 3 days!
I love Quad Lock! Quality products and service make all the difference!
I have the motorcycle handlebar mount, and just added the vibration dampener and wireless charger, too.

SO SO

I like the quad lock concept but my magnetic vent mount fell apart after about a year. ($$$)
For my motorcycle I couldn't get the vibration dampner to connect properly so that was a complete waste of time. ($$$) Still hanging with it on my bike and just ordered another for my vent except it's NOT magnetic like I thought it was.

They do not have spare parts important…

They do not have spare parts important for function of the kit. I needed to replace the knuckle going on to 360 to Gimbal Adapter and was told they do not have it and would need to buy a complete new mount. Disgraceful that important spare parts are not available. Will not be buying again.

Over priced…under delivered..

Ordered a number of items over weekend (most from Amazon) for a long bike ride today. Paid for guaranteed 48 hour delivery. Everything arrived except for the quad lock. Loads of cheaper alternatives on Amazon which would have arrived on time. Customer services ineffective. Shame as I don’t like having to rely on Amazon for decent service.

Hi, thanks for the reply: Unfair to blame parcelforce here. The Parcelforce48 you used is actually only guaranteed in 72 hours (3 days), but add in that you don't work weekends, and took a Monday to pack and ship, it arrived on Thursday PM, within their Ts&Cs. You should not imply 48 hour delivery knowing how Parcelforce and your business are setup. You should have implied 96+ hours (4-5 days) for delivery inc weekends. This is an internal comms problem.

Update: Interesting to notice that I have not received an invitation to review via YOTPO. This should be an automated process so every customer can review, but it seems someone there is managing the process so that unhappy customers dont get the invitation to review. This is review manipulation .... I believe it is illegal? Also, from a business perspective it would have been very easy for you to offer some kind of compensation for being let down, even if it was just a discount code for other accessories..... too late now, but customer service is lacking for a premium product.

Scam and will not honor the return…

Scam and will not honor the return policy. Product was defective and they will not accept returns (even within 30 days) despite following all trouble shooting steps. Their customer service will be basically frustrate you. Please note this is not a US-based company, but they somehow passed regulations to be able to scam customers in the US. Too bad as I had high hopes for their products.

Defective product, clueless company

I'd give them negative stars if I could. This is completely and totally unacceptable for a $100 product that costs $20 from competitors on Amazon, and the fact that they don't seem to realize that is *also* completely and totally unacceptable. I spent the money I did on their product specifically to avoid dealing with problems like this, not because it's a unique product. I even went and 3D-printed my own phone case to use with it, which is now just trash. They could've had an evangelist, and instead they have someone who wishes nothing more than to see them go under.

Update: After their unsolicited email doubling down on blaming my bike, to which their support had already been met with incredulity and amazement, I went and measured their supposedly "22.2mm"-ID spacer. It is less than 19.82mm -- yep, that's right; their product is 2.5mm under nominal, but they say the problem is my bike being 0.4mm above nominal, and then they're surprised when such a blatant lie is unacceptable. 🤡

I had already emailed them, including photos of it per their request, and they claimed the issue couldn't possibly be their product (despite the photo of my calipers showing my handlebar to be 22.7mm and the photo of my calipers showing the gap in their spacer around my handlebar being over 5mm). As to their reply: they did email me again, telling me off for daring to call idiots idiots and doubling down on their defective product not being defective. They then invited me to spend more of my own money on a (possibly also defective) different style of mount, in addition to the $10 that they want me to pay to get a refund on the defective product they sent me (since they refuse to repair or replace it as they're obligated to do under their own warranty).

Was: They blame my 22.7mm (or 0.4mm above 7/8") handlebars for their defective product (which is supposed to be 7/8", or a precision of >3mm) not fitting.

Finally: I want to note again that the problem is not my bike (a 2% larger handlebar than nominal is well within normal tolerances), nor is the problem their compatibility tool, nor does the disclaimer (on their compatibility tool, which I did not use, not their product page) have any relevance to their defective product. The problem is their product, and also their support.
