I have been using QSC for several years, and just recently had problems with my 15 year old, XKR, this was sorted out very quickly by Chris's team.

I have been driving for over 52 years and seldom have I come across such an organisation as this one who really care about YOUR car!

I have and continue to be a VERY loyal customer, you can trust them!! Tim, Lee are always there to help you even on a 'Can you help me' cry and go that extra mile to do so.

I have used this garage for two difficult hard-to-resolve problems. One was a failed DPF filter which other garages were telling me I needed a new one, but Quality cleaned it and has been working perfectly for over a year now. Second, I had a failed aircon control unit, and I was looking at a replacement costing over £700, but again Quality fixed it. Quality isn't the cheapest independent garage BUT you get what you pay for - they seem to resolve expensive / hard to diagnose issues as well as any main dealer, and when compared to main dealer prices they are very good value.

Have had my old Kia Rio MOTd twice at Quality Car Service and both times have been spot on , very honest and straight forward, they don't try to lose people like me who knows nothing about cars/engines !! Just tell the truth , always a cup of coffee and great service from Ben and the team there , would recommend to all , try it out as the old saying goes , "you pay for what you get" !!

Had my chrysler crossfire MOT'd and new tyres fitted.
Tyre prices were cheapest in local area AND far cheaper than what I could get them online.
They even topped up the engine antifreeze fluid for me.
Very impressed with service, will be going back!

This is first time I have used this company, and the service from the moment you walk in the door to having your car giving a tidy up hoover and washed after a full service is nothing but excellent. More then happy to use them on a regular basis from now on. If only customer service could be that good in all places.

Only dropped the car in for an annoying squeak, somewhere from the rear. Liked the look of their facebook page, so thought I'd give them a try this time. They got the issue rectified within the morning, plus they ran a health check on the car, checked oil and tyres, washed and vacuumed it. Best part was the tip to swap to a different alloy wheel repairer i mentioned i was booked in to see the following day, they knew someone closer and better with an offer on, so i've ended up £60 better off by visiting them and have a nice quiet car again.

One of my main complaints about car service workshops over the years (and let's face it, there's been plenty of years) is that they always promise to call you with any updates BEFORE they start working on your car. Then they don't. One of the things I really like about Quality Car Service is that their communication is really good. They keep you informed every step of the way. Their work is good quality and the car is ready when they say it will be ready. We've used them for a few years now with our various makes and models of cars. They do a nice valet on a car service as well. Give them a try.

Dropped the car off and was given a warm welcome and a much needed coffee. service and mot completed within timescale plus a cleaner car returned to me. fair price paid for the jobs done. excellent service all round

Had a full service, they e-mailed a comprehensive vehicle health check list using a simple red, amber system and then confirmed the cost of any remedial work. The quality of the service was fantastic and all payments were completed securely. Superb service.
