They took my car in at short notice and did all the work i needed to a great standard. No messing around no beating around the bush just straight talking profesionalism. Now ive used them i wont use anybody else for my mercedes. Thankyou QCS.

Its easy to write a review and give good marks when your car passes its test, but credit to the staff and company, they were ready for me on time, I paid what was quoted, finished on time and at no point did I get an upsell or feel like they were out to make extra money.
Will consider using these guys for servicing etc.

We recently had our motorhome remapped at Quality Car Service and we're very impressed, not only with the extra performance and better fuel economy, but with the professional manner in which we we looked after.

We didn't want to leave our pride and joy motorhome in just anyone's hands, but had peace of mind they would be looking after 'Bessie' whist she was in for the work to be done.

For peace of mind, we would highly recommend giving these guys a call.

Another great experience with Quality Car Service this week. MOT done all fine and clear, picked up the car and on the way home engine light came on. Called them back and they made arrangements for me to drop the car off at a time that suited me and fixed it the next day.
Always go the extra mile and I never feel like I'm being ripped off.
Also - the cleanest waiting area I have ever experienced and as a woman I'm always feel comfortable there (unlike some garages you can go to).

I chose this company based on a recommendation and was pleasantly surprised. They replaced my clutch and the work was done on time and on budget and far more competitive that the main dealer. I've had my wife's VW Touran serviced at Quality Car Service since the Mfr Warranty expired and have always been satisfied with the value for money and customer service.

A few days ago, a couple of weeks after the regular service, a brake light bulb failed on the VW and they were able to switch it out within 15 mins!

This saved me time and kept my wife happy and safe.

Their prices were competitive, they kept me informed throughout and when I collected my car it had been cleaned and polished at no extra cost. Will be using again. They were half the price of the main dealer!

I have used Quality Car Service for an MOT on my motorhome in the past. The service has always been first class, same again this time with my car. Easy booking in facilities, a range of local shops and services nearby if you want to use the workshop time effectively, and a courtesy phone call to let you know when the work is done. Nice attitude from all staff that I have encountered.

Recently had a problem with my wife's car on return from holiday. Having used Quality Car Service before, I called them, and despite being busy, they agreed that I could drop the car in for a check to work out what was wring, and then book in for next week if any work needed doing. When I got there, the check was done quickly, the problem identified, and they even managed to do the work whilst I waited - Top quality service - Thank you!

This is the third occasion I have now used Quality Car Service , The customer service and communication has been first class. The work has been completed to a high standard with attention to detail. They really make you feel valued as a Customer . I shall be a returning customer it so important to find a Garage you can trust.

Saturday morning, 8.30am I was stuck on my drive, starter motor packed up. By 11.30 they had fixed it and cleaned the car!That's all I ask of a garage, friendly, efficient, quick and at a fair price. I've not used them before but definitely will again.

Took the car in to have a noisy engine checked. They did a thorough check, found nothing untoward and for good measure updated all the engine management software. End result - no problem, no cost. Brilliant!
