Told them my car had either a problem with the brake switch or clutch switch, as the cruise control kept self-cancelling. I also told them I was in a hurry as on a lunch break from work. They said no problem, we'll have a quick look, it'll be 15 minutes. 40 minutes later they came back and told me my car either had a brake switch problem, a clutch switch problem, or a combination of both, and that they needed more time to investigate. Oh and they wanted £80 (yes EIGHTY POUNDS) to tell me what I had just told them. Got them down to £25 and took it elsewhere as quickly as I could. I used a mechanic I trust, who came to my house and fixed the problem for £56. Judge for yourself...

Its a great place to go for a car service,not knowing anything about cars,not like my son who recommended this company.I was asked if I was ok while I waited I was also given a cup of coffee. It also a very pleasant place to wait. Thanks,will come again

QCS have looked after several of my cars even carrying out MOTs on my Honda NSX. Prices are reasonable and service good.

Nice place to visit not sitting waiting among dirty coffee cups in a chair that appears to have come from the local tip ! A refreshing change from the normal garage experience. I will certainly be using them again for servicing & MOT's etc.

As soon as I arrive, at the reception, I was greeted, the reception area was very clean, on the wall the prices were clearly mark out for the work you wanted, asked for a full service +mot, came back the following day work was done, my car also cleaned, only thing is which was not in my paper work, is when is my next service, overall a very good job

I bought my car in with an unknown problem and they quickly diagnosed and repaired. They also carried out a free safety check which highlighted some other areas which may need to be looked at in the future but where very honest with me as to what needed doing and what didn't, they also valeted my car at no extra charge which was a nice surprise!

I first came across Quality Car Service when I had an issue with my ABS. Having taken it to a Ford dealership and 2 separate national garage chains all of which couldn't diagnose the fault I found QCS. The arranged for me to use one of their cars so I could get to work and were completely flexible around my requirements and needs. They diagnosed the car within 5 minutes and had it fixed and ready by the following day. Since the. I have been back with any issues on my car and the service is always top class. Really couldn't fault these guys and can't recommend them enough. I used to swear by main dealerships and always got my car fixed or serviced with them but quality car service have now won me as a customer. Keep up the good work guys!

Speedy and good-humoured reception and the annual MoT and service carried out efficiently, as far as the customer can judge. Good advice given and fair prices

I had my Mercedes ML Serviced by Quality Car Service after getting a quote from Mercedes themselves. For less than the price that Mercedes was going to charge for the basic service I got a ton of extras; diesel filter; pollen filters; brake fluid; anti freeze. Then to cap it all I got £20.00 of of my MOT when that was due.. So far a very good service from this Company

My car was MOTd on Saturday and it was completed on time. The office / waiting room was clean and warm the staff were very pleasant. Whilst waiting I observed how the staff treated other customers and from what I saw everyone was treated with the same respect and courtsey. The staff created a atmosphere of trust and I have booked my car in to have required work undertaken (new cam belt required as identified by myself and not something that I felt I was conned into as I had been at other garages as I'm a female).

I am a loyal customer if treated correctly and assuming the quality of work and customer care continues in the same manner then I will be coming here for all my car needs.
