I only take a car in once a year but when I telephone or visit the staff on reception always recognise me, are polite and courteous.
They will drop off and pick up if needed, you are offered tea/ coffee on arrival and the work to my car has always been more than satisfactory.

Have used this garage a few times now, and have never had any problems or issues with them. Always very helpful service and everything is given to you plain and straight forward. I even got a phone call from them as I was driving away from the garage, as they had spotted one of my number plate lights had gone, so I went back and they fixed it for me there and then for no extra charge. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

On two occasions now my wife and I have been caught out my niggling issues that we thought we could resolve ourselves. We were delighted by the attitude of Quality Car Service which is - bring your car in and we will sort it, we will also give your car a quick once over, and because you are a valued customer, we will do our best to make sure that you don't pay a thing. I like that attitude.

I took my Toyota Yaris here last year as there was a special offer on mot's, and was impressed with the service. This year I had a mot and full service. The full service price was considerably cheaper than an intermediate service from the Toyota dealer, as was the mot. I booked over the phone...the person I spoke to was friendly and efficient and quickly booked me in. I brought the car in handed the car in and went on my way. A few hours later I got a courtesy call telling me the car had passed the mot with no problems, and was midway through the service. He also asked me at what time I would like to pick the car up. I arrived back at the arranged time to see my car, freshly cleaned, waiting for me. The person at reception went through the details of the service and mot, also including stuff that had minor wear, but not enough to warrant changing this year, and the price was exactly what had been quoted...no hidden extras. Overall, fantastic. will definitely be coming again!

Been using them for years and always very pleased.
Last night my car broke down and was taken by the AA to the garage at 11 o'clock at night. It needed a new clutch slave cylinder. Quoted earlier today and the repair has been completed and we have just picked up the car - which had also been cleaned. Fantastic service - the car turned round in less than 24 hours after breaking down. The staff are always polite and make you feel as though your custom is valued. All in all 10 out of 100.

I used Quality Car Service to MOT my car. I received very good service. The staff were very friendly and the service was quick. I went away as the MOT was completed, my car was parked and the paperwork completed when i came back, there was no messing about and they didn't try to sell me anything. The price was really good and no hidden costs, they even tightened my hand break for me for no extra. I would recommend Quality Car Service to any one.

Booked my car in for an M O T and experienced customer service like no other, needed to drop my car off and get to work nearby where I was working as a freelancer , they kindly took me to work and delivered my car to me when it was done, ontop of this the cost was a lot less then I would have paid at my local garage in Chiswick London.
For their customer service, friendliness and pricing I strongly recommend them to you.

I have found everyone I've dealt with at Quality Cars to be knowledgable, thorough, friendly and above all good value. As a young female that knows very little to do with cars I feel quite vulnerable walking in to a garage but having used Quality Cars on several occasions I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest work at an honest price.

I ve been using this garage for a number of years to service both our cars. They are really good, they always have a slot available, work fast and have good prices. Would recommend them without reservations.

I checked the internet for a local garage who were independent and recommended. I found Quality service. They did what they told me they would do and did it all within a day. They made me coffee and even washed the truck for me. There was one issue, which when pointed out the service assistant, Tim was genuinely upset with the less than perfect service he would like to give. He found a solution that when it's done will more than make up for the mistake. I did think about awarding 4 stars because of the error, but mistakes happen, it is how people work through them that count, so a solid 5 stars awarded. Thank you.

MOT and Service was executed in a timely manner. For a first time experience, the guys understood and showed willingness to help, simplifying and understanding of customers vehicle issues and helping on arranging times around customer busy schedule. Certainly and highly recommended.

its a rare occasion that i trust anyone, but i have got to confess, the staff at quality cars impressed me, they are polite, friendly, helpful and above all, they are honest, i would happily recommend them to anyone, its not often that you discover such great service, so there you go... one of the best motor specialists around, they have got my trust, and anyone who knows me will tell you, that's a rare thing, thanks guys!
