Quality Car Service have always provided excellent service with top communication. Every problem I've had with my car they have sorted quickly and professionally and at a very reasonable price. I can't praise the company highly enough, particularly Tim whose customer service is second to none.

I have been using this company now for a number of years mainly for maintenance and repairs to my Omega estate and have always received the best in the way of service, advice and honest well explained billing that has always been, in my opinion, very well priced.
I also own "Bunty" a fully restored concourse historic Morris 100 Traveller (1967) which was looked after by a local Morris Minor specialist, who, due to family reasons ceased trading 3 years ago. On collecting my Omega one day I mentioned to Ben whether he knew anyone that he would recommend to work on it for me. By chance one of their team, Arthur, is a time served apprentice who was trained on Morris vehicles, what luck, so now I entrust them to do look after Bunty for me as well. What more can I say other than If anyone wants a quirky different car for a wedding, anniversary or other special occasion Tim or Ben will put you in touch.

Over the last couple of years I have been using Quality Car Service for my car and also my wife's car. Its tough in this climate to find a garage I trust. With quality car, I do trust them and they have not let me down. Its not just about booking the car in, its confidence that the car has been checked and serviced properly and hey, they clean the car too!
The aftercare is exceptional, just one phone call and Tim or Ben are there to help in anyway they can....brilliant customer service.

My car is an import which can put some garages off servicing it. Quality Car Services were happy to work on it, did an excellent job and got the car back to me in time that I could get it taxed for the weekend (the car had previously been SORNed). Good bunch of guys, very friendly and their services are reasonably priced.

Being new to Milton Keynes, the main reason I chose Quality Car Service was because they are within easy reach of my home. Quality in service and work is what I got and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I've taken my car to Quality Car Service ever since I bought it in Sept 2012. They have been so helpful and understanding whenever I've had a problem and have always gone that extra mile for me even at short notice. Tim and Ben are welcoming and I trust them and their advice.
The only constructive criticism I have is about the website. I wish it had more detail and prices about the many things they do and offer. It's quite dated and I don't think it truly reflects how Quality the people and company actually are.

It's about time us under 8 metre Motorhome owners had some one in MK who can offer us a decent let alone good service and MOT facilities.

I took my husbands car her on the recommendation of a friend and have to say it was my best experience as an MOT customer and I have been driving for over 30 years. The reasons being, as a female there was no patronising comments.

Tim and his team were very professional, helpful and genuinely friendly. The environment in which I waited was comfortable, the information about the car that was being MOT was both informative and trustworthy. There was no false upselling.

I learnt that it was a family run business with excellent family values. I did not know Tim or any of the staff prior to the MPOT and have no cause other than the positive service I received to comment on the MOT. I was that impressed that I dropped by some of my hens free range eggs as a 'Thank you.' for given such good service.

They have been servicing my Audi for 5 or 6 years. It's always gone smoothly; communication is excellent and I'm satisfied that I'm getting great value. No hesitation in recommending them.

I've used Quality Car Service since it opened and have always had fantastic service from them, they are very accommodating and go well beyond the expected levels of service. There was a slight problem once but it was resolved very quickly and very much to my satisfaction, I would recommend Quality Car extremely highly to anyone looking for a garage to work on their car.

Made light work of an intermittent problem, putting the main dealership to shame. I look forward to using them again!

Just over 3 years ago I moved to Milton Keynes and one of the issues I faced was where to get my car serviced. At the time I had just got a new BMW car and wanted the car serviced and to make sure I had chosen correctly. After a brief look on the internet I found Quality Car Service which had already had some favourable reviews.
Within a few seconds of walking into their building I was greeted with smiles which made me feel at ease straight away. They were willing to enter into discussions on what my car needed and I liked the way they gave options to target what I was willing to spend on a service. Also it seemed clear I was dealing with car enthusiasts and as they imparted their knowledge onto me, I felt in safe hands and assured.
Since that first trip I have had 2 other BMW cars that I take in there and my most recent issue was a starter motor problem. The AA towed me to them after a very frustrating afternoon and I was greeted with smiling faces as soon as I got there, and willing people. They took my keys, updated me on the issues, diagnosed the problem and my car was ready the next day, fitted with premium parts, cleaned and they even inspected the engine for free as I had recently bought the car.
If you need a place for cars, I can assure you, you are in safe hands here. As long as I am in Milton Keynes I will be using Quality Car Service. Thanks Guys!!
