Friendly service, quick no fuss MOTs. No added extras.

This is the 2nd time I have used QCS
The staff are very welcoming and want to go the extra mile.
This time I had a MOT and a small repair that was dealt with promptly with the minimum of fuss.
Before the repair work was carried out I was phoned and told the cost up front.
Great service and will definitely use again for my next service.

As a woman it's hard to walk into a garage and not be fobbed off, I'm lucky I do know what is wrong with a car, so when I visited this garage the first time for a service I was pleasantly surprised, the guys were very welcoming and pleasant and treated me well. I returned once again to have a part fitted on my car that I had purchased elsewhere and they were happy to fit this part with no hassle, they were very accommodating to what I was expecting to be done with the car and it was fitted within 30 minutes, and I felt the second time of visiting that I would certainly come back in the future for anything. I returned a few days ago just popping in to get a quote for my boot struts to be fixed and straight away I was remembered and a price was given to me with in 5 minutes of being there and they were fitted within 20 minutes too, I was able to sit in the waiting room which was comfortable and pleasant as you weren't surrounded by car fumes and grease like most places, and I was given a hot chocolate and a magazine. Everyone there is happy to help and give you a smile which is a rare thing now. I would recommend this garage to anyone. Thank you to all at quality service, bletchley for a great experience.

Used QCS for sometime now both commercially and privately, not had any problems with the work carried out or the cost of that work. Vehicle always clean afterwards and staff are helpful.

HAVE USED FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS AND FOR A NUMBER OF CARS. ALWAYS PROVIDED WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE AT A REASONABLE PRICE. HAVE RECOMMENDED WITHOUT HESITATION.

I found the MOT procedure at Quality Car Service to be the best I have experienced for many years. The staff were polite & courteous. The price was extremely competitive and best of all there were no bogus claims for MOT test failure that I have found at so many garages over the years. I would recommend this garage to anyone.

I've been using Quality car service in Bletchley for a few years now. They're alwasy helpful on the phone and can normally fit the car in quite quickly.
Really easy to talk to and will take the time to explain what is happening with my car. Have saved me thousands on work over quotes from the main dealer even just in the last two years. I have a lot of trust in this garage and appreciate the personal touches like remembering our names and making the effort to call when they say they will.

Never had such good service from a garage, I even feel comfortable to wait there while they do work and they'll even offer you a drink (although now the shops are open at the Stadium it's also easy not to wait!).

I needed my brake fluid changing. Called up and made an appointment to be seen on the same day. Very quick, friendly staff and set my expectations so i knew how long it would take. Overall great customer service

i like using this garage as out of the garages i go to i know i can trust them, being a woman does not make any difference how i am treated, which is great compared to some places i have been. they also do little fixes if needed with no charge which is great, the staff are all friendly, prices seem fair too, like the loyalty prices :)
would recommend them to anybody including ladies , used them for about 3 or 4 years now for mine and my husbands vehicles. thank you all keep up the great work.

They were really friendly and upfront, no nasty surprises regarding the bill! I paid exactly what they quoted. The work was on time and efficient + well done Quality Car Service.

Was really pleaseed with the whole experience. It was extremely well priced. Fast service (under 2 hours), Valeted inside and out, no hidden fees, a friendly "local" feel to the business and the staff were polite, funny and made me feel like I had made the right choice.

Quality Car Service was recommended to me by a friend around 3 years ago and I have not gone anywhere else since! The staff are friendly, the prices are reasonable and I have not experienced any problems with my car at all!
