Great guys always helpful and give a great service all round.

Last year, the local Mercedes dealer let me down when my battery failed and I urgently needed a new one the same day. Tim and Ben at Quality Car stepped in and sorted the problem out for me. Since then, I have had no reason to go anywhere other than Quality Car Service. The guys also sorted out a tricky gear linkage problem on my old Alfa Romeo 146. So I would highly recommend them

I've used this company for MOTs several times. They are friendly, helpful and do what they say in the time they say, with a good price for booking via the web. I will continue to use them as they give a friendly yet professional service.

This garage is always available if I have a car problem, often at very short notice.
They have never failed to fix any problem, and will always go the extra mile if a job proves more difficult than first anticipated.
They are also extremely useful where advice may be needed with regard to what course of action would provide the best value.
Their staff are pleasant and helpful, and are often able to either pick up the car from work, or drop me off back at work after I have delivered it to them.

Went over to the Milton Keynes branch last week... I have to say this garage is a breath of fresh air !! The most genuinely pleasant of staff with every single one having an air of professionalism and politeness.
I travelled the 12 miles to MK simply to save money and not be over charged for an MOT ...which pricing does seem like a lottery after ringing around.

The online booking made this so easy from the start and I would definitely recommend their services. From the minute I walked in the door everyone was friendly and not in the least intimidating (you always hear stories about women being given the run around when taking their car in for a service/MOT) - definitely not the case here!!

The whole process didn't even take the whole hour I was told I would need to wait for the MOT test to be done. Not a bad price either just for booking online a few days before. Our first visit for a MOT and interim service after a family member recommended the garage. The reception staff were welcoming and the car was returned in a better condition than we left it.

I started using the services of Quality Car Service some time ago (I'm sure that QCS will have the exact date! I think It was trying to replace a light bulb in my car after Fiat wanted to charge me ££90!!! ) and, right from the start, I could tell that they were a professional ocompany.
For me, the most important aspect of any company is the quality of work, professionalism and honesty. QCS have this in abundance and also throw in friendy and helpful staff - from the guys wielding the spanners to Tim and Ben on the front desk - all are great people you would be happy to leave your set of wheels to.
The work is always carried out in a timely manner and they will try to fit small jobs in "on the fly" if they can.
Cars cost money to run and maintain - so when you do need to put your hand in your pocket, it's nice to do so in the knowledge that your car is in good hands, being services at a competitive price - and enjoy a coffee and a chat as well.

Oi d**k head. I took my motorhome into Quality Service last year for a major service, they did a great job, even replacing a bulb gratis, and washing it down, ( its 22' long). Anyway, decided I like them, so took it back for an MOT this year, and asked them to check out a fault with the radio. Unfortunately they couldn't find fault with the radio, so I will have to put a new one in. But there was no charge for the time they spent trying to sort it, so I say, what a great team, what a great service and I'll definately be going back to them. Why not take your motor 'round to them today?
