Fake deliveries attempts, there are no notice, no phone call. You are not able to pick up your packages neither, the customer service take days to response, not solve any problem.
Have no idea how companies with terrible whole service are in operation.
JUST SHIT!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. JUST A MOTHER FREAKING BOT THAT PROVIDES NO HELP.
This company does not contact you if it has a failed delivery or does not know how to read GPS locations. Has dismissive staff and rude. If you can find a different carrier that works with Aliexpress use them not this company. When you do send email it's not responded to in a timely manner.
Do not use Qualitypost.com.mx-Izimna-97109, their are other companies offering a better care, chose other options. Terrible, terrible, catastrophic delivery service. My experience(Izimna-9709) with them is absolutely over the top, madness. many packages are missing even though confirmed in electronic system that they received them weeks ago, but not delivered.
They hire contractors to do the delivery who are not trained at all, many not serious and they do not care.
Even the package which was delivered, was open and taped with a Qualitypost "Fragil"tape when nothing is fragile inside and not a heavy package either. So, conclusion: opened to see what is inside, propably to keep. Not even the customes have opened it but Qualiypost contractor or even the manager or someone else has.
This is a Fraud and Qualitypost has to be called out and exposed to save other customers time, energy and money.
