1)a company sent me a parcel. I get a message saying the delivery will be delivered. I check the address.. Completely the wrong address.. I tell them it's the wrong address and switch it to the new address (I'm not sure how they even got that address. Nothing like the real address)
I didn't hear anything from them for a few weeks.. I try calling.. Nothing. I speak to the company that sent it.. They can get through to them.. For the next few weeks I'm just trying to get hold of them.. Then they sat they can't find the parcel.. Then they say they found it but someone took the sticker off. Then they say oooo that didn't happen. Then I give them the proper address.. I don't hear from them.. Then they call me and say they can't speak to me only to the company that sent the parcel.. No problem... Then I don't hear anything from them.. Now someone just messaged me me asking if this parcel is for me.. It went to wrong address that they had to originally.. Clearly stating on the sticker to call me 30 min before arrival with my phone number... So now I have to go the wrong way address to pick it up and do there work for them...

A new low in service. Package hasn't arrived. Every day they promise it's coming. Still waiting. You also can't speak to anyone, even though they have promised to call.
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. They are hired by the interior ministry to deliver passports. My original pick up point was about two minutes from my house, but they changed it to a half an hour walk. They bombarded me with messages 2 to 3 a day saying come pick up your passport or it will be returned within seven days. I went to the far pick a place on the hours that it said, but the store was closed locked no one there the store owner next-door said it happens all the time. They are never open when they’re supposed to be and people are looking for their packages. I contacted them by email. The only way you can actually get a person, but I’m not sure it might’ve been a bot. They assured me someone would call me to provide me with service but of course no one did horrible horrible service and today I still do not have my passport.
They deliver package to pickup points miles from home address and do not address or acknowledge complaints.
By being more helpful with pick up points
And acknowledging that not every one has the means to go get package
What is the point of ordering on line if I have to chase halfway across the country to collect. Points should e near home address.

A truly horrific company, with non-existent customer service.
An email that gets unanswered or one of those inane WhatsApp bots.
Why bother choosing your own pickup point? They change it anyway.
And only 48 hours to get a package. And god forbid you have mobility issues, you need to take a taxi.
I don't think I have ever truly hated a delivery company more.
When I order from overseas and see the LMC is HFD, I cringe!

the company lied and gaslit me and my family
they practically lost my package which contained a birthday gift which i won't have time to order a new one.
they lowballed the value of the package when spoken with their customer service and they continuously gaslit me and my family regarding the package's location and when we could get it.
we went to the distribution point twice already and we still haven't gotten the package as it wasn't there even tho they said it was

They make sure the customer is always unhappy. Pick a spot for a drop off, and they will drop it off elswhere, in a shop that open for 3 hours a day, during working hours.

Horrible service. No one talk to you, just a useless whatsapp bot that blocks you from taking to a real person who might be more helpful. Email is available but just as unhelpful. They said they'll get back to me, no one did.
A problem that could have been solved easily, became a nightmare (and still is).
