Absolute scam of a company...never delivered my product, literally strung me along for years. Never received my product, nor received a refund. Total train robbery. May karma deliver them their justice.

HORRIBLE company!!! Took my money, didn't ever deliver any product, and will not answer any attempts to contact customer service. Total bullshit. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered the smart heated gloves on Jan 1, 2023 and have never received them. They claimed it was a pre-order (not clear at all when I ordered) and they had 18 months to ship. I started following up after 18 months and no response. There is no recourse with Visa or PayPal because the purchase date is so long ago. I am convinced this is a fraudulent company and I was scammed. Don’t buy from them!

I ordered in December 2020 thru Indiegogo, received the socks and gloves late November 2021. They have never connected properly to my iPhone and I have never been able to get all 4 pieces to work at the same time. I submitted an email Oct 31 requesting info on possibly replacing the batteries and controllers, no response as of Nov.20. Customer service # goes to voice mail, chat does nothing but suggest years old YouTube video. Not what I expected for a $500+ product, can't believe they have been able to get good press and into Best Buy with this lack of service and reliability.

Lost my faith in the company long ago, my order have been on temperely hold for 3 years now. I send them a mail once in a while but they have stopped answering.

Watch this crowd, they are definitely scammers. They had a big campaign on Kickstarter, took the money with a delivery date of Sept 22 and never delivered anything. Last update on Kickstarter was Aug 23, so I think we can safely say they had no intention to supply!!!

Wish we had a zero star, this company is a rip off scam artist. 1.5 years and still no gloves. At first I got out of stock will be in next few months. They won't refund nor return calls or emails. Now nothing, no response, no money back and no gloves. Pure scam don't buy. These guys are scum

Initially very responsive. Indicated they were out of stock and working on restocking. Thought I'd be patient and wait and that was a mistake. Now 6 months later; No response, No refund, No product..

Like others, no delivery despte payment taken. Help replied once to say be patient, now unresponsive. Likely a fraudulent company

I would like to give zero stars. But that is not an option. 12/13/22 I ordered gloves for a holiday present. To this day, they have never arrived. For a lark, I reached out to custome service via email 5/9/23. I received an email confirmation with a ticket number. And then? Nothing.

It's been great using this product during the cold winter in Sweden. Especially for someone like me who hates having cold hands.

I got the original gloves a few years ago. They lasted a year and then stopped working. I sent them back at my cost and they promised to send me a replacement. I am still waiting, they said in the fall! Which year???? Now no responses so I suspect they are going bust. Really disappointed as I did like the gloves

Great quality, a life-saver for winter time. The battery life is impressive as I needed them the whole day and they didn’t let me down. Would definitely recommend

This is the best heated product I've seen. I've tested products from other brands and the battery life is just on a different level.

Ordered there heated gloves and socks about a year ago and still haven’t received either item have asked repeatedly for a refund and haven’t heard back from them other then them offering store credit over a year ago $450 dollars completely down the drain do not do business with this company

I got my gloves from their Kickstarter 2021... got my jacket 2023. Now I'm literally waiting for what's next 2024. My new fav brand! #QuantaViciiii
