I ordered $209 worth of bike lights that we needed for our family. One month later I reached out. I got an automated message saying they would respond in 5-12 days. Seriously. 2 1/2 months later, nothing g has shipped, no reaching out from them has occurred and they still have my money. This is a corrupt business. They are thieves and do not care. They don’t have bad customer service, they have zero. Do not buy from them!!!

I ordered in Jan 2022 and they keep saying there is delay and never sent any gloves. Then they start saying that we will give partial refund which never happened and now stop answering email. Complete Scam

Is this a real company? I ordered heated gloves in January, 2023, was told they would ship in 1 week. Gloves did not arrive and I have emailed multiple times, always answered with delay tactics. Now, November, 2023, still no gloves. Tried to dispute charge with credit card but denied because it was more than two months ago. Do not do business with this "company".

Quanta Vici is a scam. I ordered early 2023. Said shipping was delayed until Spring. Nothing. Tried reaching out. Nothing. They drag it out past the days you can actually dispute the charge with your credit card company. Do not order from them.

Ordered gloves early in 2023. Have received nothing but the runaround from them. At one time I did have live chats/email responses when I first asked for order status. Now only boilerplate auto responses. Am reaching out to my credit card company now to report this fraud.

You’ll notice that this company has a rating of 2.9 stars but if you actually look at the breakdown it has 50% 5-star ratings and 50% 1-star ratings. This is because the company is a scam and they made just enough fake 5-star reviews to even out all the customers they stole money from. They didn’t even try that hard with their fake reviews, no normal person talks like that.

I ordered some gloves and socks last November for my girlfriend for Christmas and they told me they would definitely be here in time. Then they told me that they would unfortunately ship in the spring, then they told me the fall and now it’s the fall and I still haven’t heard anything. They won’t refund your money so you’re forced to go through PayPal/your credit card to get it back. Don’t waste your time or money on this scam.

They took my money as well, Please DO NOT buy on this website. I paid for a Garmin watch 1 month ago and I just receiving automatic messages from the chat but never the product.
I regret not seeing the reviews first before buying. AVOID.

Do not buy from their website, it is a scam and they will block any refund attempts. If you message them, they will straight up lie to you.

Ordered gloves in 12/7/22 and still not recieved as of 8/25. I have reported this company to my CC fraud department.

On quantavici.com I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 265S watch on May 13.

At that time the company was responding to messages (though not fast). I made it clear that I wanted the watch delivered before my trip on June 28. I was repeatedly assured (at different times) that shipping was fast and in 1-2 weeks my order would ship. Well those were all lies. The employees at this company simply copy and paste messages.

My support tickets on Fresh Books were never answered. They all still say processing. After I read online reviews about your company I realized I had made a mistake by being a customer. I still had a little hope though. I wrote many emails requesting truthful information about the status of my order or for a 100% refund. My emails were ignored for a long time. Eventually, an employee responded. They wrote the same copy paste messages about my order getting ready to ship. I replied that I wanted truthful information or 100% refund. She replied back a few days later on July 9 by cancelling my order. I want my 100% refund.

I then asked for information about how I would get my $354.99 USD. I have not had a response back. Currently it seems that my money is being stolen. I want it back. I don't want to have to pursue this further.

Don't reply with nonsense and apologies. I want my $354.99 USD back.

If a Quanta Vici employee sees this review, please do something to resolve the issue. Your company cancelled my order after I asked for truthful information related to my order or to receive a 100% refund.

I want my money back. I will update if I receive my refund. But for now, really no one should buy anything from this company.

Update: Still no refund. Every few days I am told to be patient. However I was also told the refund would take 1-2 business days around 2 weeks ago. If you look at how all the SUPER positive reviews are written, you will see a certain style. These 5* reviews are likely fake reviews. If I get my 100% refund I'll update this review again. Maybe this a just a mismanaged company, but at the moment they are taking money from customers and delivering products or refunds, aka theft. Look at the Kickstarter reviews too. If they refund me I'll update.

As with others, I ordered gloves more than 6 months ago and have received nothing but lame excuses (lies). Interestingly, the gloves are still for sale online. TOTAL SCAM. I got my credit card company to refund me. Wish I’d done this sooner.

Beware of this "company"!!! I placed an order December 2022 and have not received my gloves. It has now been almost 7 months and I have emailed again- No reply, I have called and there is no customer service.
