Found what I was looking for via eBay using part number for BMW E92. Price was excellent. Bought straight away. Delivered quickly and item in excellent condition and fitted within minutes of arriving. Will definitely use Quarry Motors again! Very pleased!

Originally i ordered a m sport 320d steering wheel and air bag after speaking to a Ryan to place my order and take payment he said it would be with me in 2 days, when my order arrived steering wheel/air bag it was off a 520d and the air bag did not fix the steering wheel, i was straight on the phone to quarry motors explaining my situation, turns out the first person i spoke to heard my number plate wrong which gave them oddly enough a bmw but different to mine. I spoke to Ryan again because he knew what i was after and after explaining my situation he said i will get straight onto it and have a look in the yard for one but unfortunately it was too late in the day to go into the yard so we agreed for him to give me a call back the following day and he will update me. The following day (morning) Ryan calls me like he said and says he has a m sport 320d steering wheel and air bag, he sent me an email with a return slip to return the wrong order and once quarry motors receives the package he will send my correct order, 2 days later i get a call from Ryan saying they have received the wrong order back and have sent off my correct package and should be with me in 2 days, 3 days later on a Saturday it arrives and i’m happy to say it was the right steering wheel and air bag for my car.

I would say i had a okay experience at quarry motors, i can not fault the staff at all everything i asked for was meet and any questions i had they answered, Ryan on the parts line was brilliant all the way through till i reviewed my order, i must of called 8 times in one week, for placing my order, explaining my situation, asking for return times, getting delivery updated as i received no message at one point but Ryan was straight on it every time!

Unreliable, different staff give different answers! No organized inventory system in place! Got online quote on Wednesday, called them twice on Thursday to double check BMW speakers are in stock as per online quote, then bought over phone, promised Monday delivery, nothing until Monday, called again, another staff said they forgot to ship and will immediately ship it, only to receive a call later that day from another staff saying items are already sold??!! Wasted 6 days of my time.

Top service and straight forward with you . Not a mess about ppave that wants to rack up a big bill for ya . I will be using these guys everytime for aslong as im driving .

Firstly nothing was too much trouble for Ryan at Quarry BMW parts,pleasant and understanding and sympathetic to my need of looking for a bmw touring n52 engine.
At this time Ryan is keeping an eye for a wheel for me.
All the staff that I have spoken to have been Pleasant
Friendly and Happy to help with my enquires.
I live in Kent so they are not on my doorstep !

I put a request on internet for 2 injectors for BMW. Than i got a email, i than spoke to a young lady called Jen. she was very helpful and i bought the injectors and they came in 3 days. i fitted them and work perfect. i highly recommend Quarry Motors and will use them again for BMW parts. Ali

Went for engine swap on a 2015 125d,
Brought the engine myself from (globalmotors) as quarry’s didn’t have it, and it’s a hard engine to find, they did the change and then problems started, engine wasn’t pumping oil, they believed it were the oil pump in it, Lewis @quarry motors spent many hours talking to the place I got my engine from, telling them it were faulty and they wasn’t agreeing at 1st, trying to shift the blame towards me and them, Lewis spent days fighting my battle for me, I thought I’d lost 3.5k in total for the engine and fitting was lost, he managed to get the company to pay for a new oil pump from bmw in Germany and labour charge to fit it too & got them to double my warranty on it too, they fixed the car and did a few test drives to make sure it ran perfect for me, it runs spot on now, if it wasn’t for them, I’d be lost and 3.5k out of pocket, and car in scarp yard, I recommend them to everyone they went far’N’beyond for me, wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Big thankyou to Lewis.

Ordered parts, been a week never turned up, I had to phone to see where the parts were, the parts I should of git where damaged and they did not even have the decency to let me know, the time before ordering a window screen, drive 2 hours to Sheffield and it was damaged, what a poor u professional company, dont waste your time with these people

These guys listened to my mini one engine and diagnosed the problem in 2 secs. I had been told by several different sources that it would need a new engine. However it was just the fan belt. Thanks to all. We will definitely use you again. Highly recommended!!

Quarry Motors is always the first place I go to for BMW parts due to the size of the yard and the amount of stock they have in. It's rare that I can't get the parts I need, recently purchased a heater control panel for my E39 despite them becoming abit thin on the ground now. The staff here are honest and knowledgable.

Truly awful customer service, I provided them with a part number for a rear differential, they got back to me saying they had the very diff I was after. I spent £40 in fuel and a tedious afternoon in the M1 traffic to find out out that they didnt have the correct diff at all. When I showed them their email to me confirming they had the specific part with the same part number; they didn't want to know. They weren't interested in me being out of pocket or wasting my time.
Not a pleasant experience at all.

Quarry managed to diagnose and fix an issue with my driveshaft that several other garages were unable to do. Quick turn around and affordable. They also advised on other potential issues with the vehicle.

I will definitely be using them again when my BMW inevitably breaks.

As usual delivery is late,When they give you a quote stating estimated next day delivery, the buyer would think they will get the part the next day or a day after not after 3 days.Be careful if you need the part urgently buy somewhere else their delivery is always late.Apart from that the parts are always Upto the standard.

I purchased a set of leather seats for my Mini Cooper convertible and the breakers recommended Quarry for the fitting. Rich was very helpful on the phone and arranged for the seats to be delivered from the breakers to them. We left the car and about 3 hours later Rich rang to day all was done. They did a fantastic job and over and above they swapped my original seat backs and handles as they felt mine were better than on the replacements. What great customer care and service! I will definitely be returning for all my Mini needs and I can very highly recommend Quarry Motors.

I give my registration number to them and purchase a part for my vehicle. They sent me the total wrong part and when I contacted them they asked me to send a picture of the part through WhatsApp which I think is very unprofessional. I have spoken to them on the phone about them sending me the wrong part also about a refund. I have not had no refund also no response from them on WhatsApp for which they asked me to send a picture of the part.
I will be taking this further if I’m not refunded in full.
