excellent service from Richard and the team after trying to get a problem sorted at main dealers at huge cost. it was sorted simply and cheaply at Quarry motors, will never use main dealers again if car is out of warranty.

Really friendly guys and very knowledgable! I use Quarry Motors for my servicing and maintenance but know they have a parts department also! One stop shop for all things BMW!

I recently used quarrymotors for a spare part for my bmw it was so easy I gave my reg and received my part the next day. Plus it was very fare price. The service I received was excellent from the beginning I would highly recommend this company.

Very poor experience with huddersfield branch. Purchased a car on finance. Due to covid i was in hospital and was late with one payment by 7 days, so the repossed car leaving my family stranded and nearly £2000 out of pocket. The car on had a couple of payments left

Fantastic company to deal with. Always have what i'm looking for when I look to purchase a part for my BMW. Have kept my car running sweet for a fraction of what BMW charge. Shipping has always been very fast and prices are more than reasonable!

This company has put me off the road for 4 weeks by advising DVLA that my car has been scrapped even though I have never heard of them and my car is fine.

They have now apologised but refuse to compensate me for my expenses ....disgraceful

Top blokes and ladies if there is at quarry motors. Gave my 520D in with a rattling timing chain on Thursday. Had it back on Monday morning. 2 working days!! Service at its finest. Good price too. Take pride in their work have had my custom for many years and many years to come. Parts side are a bit slow sometimes but do u blame them the amount of breakers in there.

Had already spent £300.00 without any results, but Quarry Motors staff solved the problem. I've 520d and noticed lots of power loss. Now I'm happy, my car is back to normal and was quoted more than half less than previous unsuccessfull experience. Don't think twice in approaching Quarry Motors. Won't disappoint

Excellent customer service! Been looking for a replacement gearbox for my F32 420d for some time and had quotes in the regions of £1900 by others. After visiting Quarry Motors, Lewis managed to find me the right gearbox in less than 10 minutes and Mike from the repairs help me book the car in for the following week to carry out the replacement job. Excellent job I must say and very professional/friendly staff. All in all, the job was done at a fraction of the cost I've been quoted by other garages in Sheffield. Glad to have found Quarry Motors, the best BMW specialist in Sheffield. Will definitely use them again in future!

I rang quarry motors for a quote on a bumper for my BMW x5
I was given a price and was happy with it.
the following day I rang to check they still had it and was told that it was still in stock. I said I wanted a headlight and that was also in stock. we travelled 30 miles to collect and on the way Adam called saying we had been miss quoted and it was a higher price.(double) he tried to say it was the wrong part but when I reminded him he had sent me pictures and it was definitely the correct part he told me it was no longer in stock.
we arrived at their place as they were closing 10 minutes before the time it states on the website and was turned away saying "were closed and the bumper and lights are gone".

Was recommended to use Quarry Motors by a friend of mine who has a BMW also. The chap I spoke to on the phone was Adam who was very friendly and took all the details for my vehicle and phone number. I received a phone call back within the hour saying Quarry Motors had the part required and could have it with me in a couple of days. I was in need of the ABS pump because my MOT had failed on it. Once arrived the garage fitted it and my car is as good as new again! Prices were excellent and service faultless!

Wanted a faily obscure part for my daughter's BMW - new price quoted £140+. Found part at Qurry motors - arrived in 3 days and looked new though was 2nd hand. £27! Great service. Will be back if I need parts again.

Another fantastically smooth transaction from quarry motors, I have been using these guys for the last 12 months having been let down one too many times by my usual part supplier. Extremely fair prices and second to none knowledge from the boys in the office.

Not even worthy of one star, lied about shipment dates, didn;t notify me of delays subsequently the engine was 24hrs late meaning I lost my allocated slot with the gareg fitting the engiine. Complained after they refused to recity or offer compensation and the MD cancelled the order without my authorisation and full payment taken a week in advance 2 hrs before it was due to be delivered.

They have refused to provide a refund on the same day an am now left without a car or refund - legal action is now being sought

Really happy with Quarry Motors. My timing chain failed on my 5 Series and they were able to arrange recovery as well as a 61,000 mile used engine and fitment for me. They were a little dearer than eBay but I was happier dealing with a decent size company with a workshop than unknown quantities on eBay. I dealt with Rob who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Hopefully my car won't break again but if it does I will call Quarry first for sure

Fantastic service from Quarry Motors. Ordered an engine from them on Tuesday and had it delivered by Friday. Runs perfectly fine and my customers vehicle is back on the road.

Engine took a few days to deliver but I appreciate it takes time to remove and dispatch parts which are taken from accident damaged cars.

I bought a car parts (bonnet and bumper for BMW 320d) from them and it took them 8 days to deliver. But when before I paid for it, they promised 2 days. I bought another part (slam panel for BMW) and they promised 3 days and couldn't deliver it again on the 3rd day!

I ordered a part last Thursday and I specially ask if it would be delivered next day and I was told yes. They also say that on the website. It didn't arrive Friday so I rang Saturday and was told 2/3days delivery. I've tried to find a tracking number or delivery company but can't find one. This is costing me more money trying to find out if part has been sent.
