Good value, consistently helpful, great service. The timing chain on our 1 Series M Sport broke causing our engine to essentially die. A garage quoted us £4k plus VAT to try to fix the engine, with no guarantee that the costs would stop there. So we decided to explore the option of a second hand engine. After some googling, I found Quarry Motors and I'm so pleased I did.

The chaps I dealt with really knew their stuff and offered me a second hand engine for a great price. They delivered the engine, with new parts on the timing chain, to my father's garage within a week and we managed to fit the engine. We then needed a new part which would usually cost about £500. Quarry sourced the part for us for a fraction of that price and sent it to us immediately.

Once the engine was fitted, there was a separate issue which we couldn't get to the bottom of. We rang Quarry Motors to see if they might know, and sure enough they did. They talked my father through the likely issue and we sorted it quickly. The car, with the new engine, now runs better than ever.

My father and I are very impressed with Quarry Motors. Their products are brilliant, they are very knowledgeable and happy to help. If you need a BMW part, I couldn't recommend them more.

I have a BMW 5 Series and was looking for a specialist other than the expensive dealers and was recommended Quarry Motors by a friend of mine. Brought the vehicle in for a service and was dealt with by a friendly member of staff called Mike on reception. He explained how they only used high quality products such as Mahle filters and premium branded oil and the service would be carried out by a technician with over 10 years experience working on BMW's.

The service was done in a timely manor and all for a really competitive price. My service book was stamped and the fact they're VAT registered have been trading 30 years gave me great confidence in using them! Over the moon I've found them and will be bringing my car here in the future - Andrew Parkin.

I recently had to use Quarry Motors to fix my 2013 3 series. My car would not go into reverse gear and BMW informed me that I needed a new gearbox for which they quoted me £5000 + VAT including fitting. I rang Quarry as I have done before for bits and they said they could do the whole job for £1400 + VAT which was a huge saving. They even arranged recovery of my car for me at an extra £150 and then collected me from the train station when it was done.

They saved me a fortune and were very professional.

100% I will use them again if I need anything else for my BMW.

Awful service so far rang 5 times today was given a tracking number was assured parcel would be here today.No parcel and tracking number doesnt work on website.Was told twice they would ring me back and no response from them.Just want money back now they can keep their part.I will go elsewhere.

During the month of May, I purchased an item online, which sadly led to some complications with incompatibility. I was given the runaround by local dealers and very few possessed the knowledge to resolve my problem. I decided to go back to the source and called Quarry Motors where I spoke a sales specialist, James Ward.

It was clear during the call, that he was not only more knowledgeable than my local garage specialist, he was prepared to take on my concerns and issues and as a conscientious professional, resolve them for me. This did not take one call, it took several and James has been nothing short of brilliant and an ambassador for the motor industry. When I speak to garages and retail stockist in my area, they speak very highly of your Quarry Motors but what they are really saying is the staff and individuals like James make the business what it is today, 'better than using BMW' in my opinion.

BMW should be proud and grateful Quarry Motors exist because they fill the gap in their lack of aftermarket sales support BMW offer and have given BMW brand longevity by delivering a professional and outstanding service. I would just like to thank James for his professional customer service for going above and beyond my expectations and lastly Quarry Motors.

twice I rang for advice on one of their conversion kits, the guy I needed to speak to unavailable, numerous emails, not one reply! Not good when you're looking at spending £6000

This is totally honest.
You leave your part required and telephone number on a promise of a return call.
You always have to call a second and maybe a third time and guess what.
"Oh we haven't got that part".
They are selective.
One can only assume if the part is not expensive enough or too difficult to remove. They cannot be bothered.

Fantastic garage: Mike who I dealt with on reception absolutely fab guy. I will not take my BMW anywhere else. These guys fitted my BMW in when full and got the work done in 2 days.

Bought a used windscreen motor for my E39 from these. Exactly as described and included all the bits and lots more. Brilliant used part dealer. Attention to detail excellent. Well packed too.

I've never left a review before but i'm very impressed with whole experience of dealing with Quarrymotors. I needed a radio for my E36 M3 as the display/pixels had completely failed on mine. I received the replacement within 36 hours but the security code was not sent with it. One phone call and a couple of texts and i had the code in 10 minutes, no messing about or being kept waiting half day. The radios condition/function and display/pixels are perfect, as new.
The whole, all round, service was excellent. Thank you.

Needed a door handle part for my E46.
It appears that there are a number of variations of door handles for this model and the one that was sent wasn't the correct one.
Contacted Lewis who said that they would send out some alternatives immediately at no extra cost and no need to return the unwanted ones.
Three differently types arrived shortly afterwards and the correct part was among them.
Great service for what was a relatively low cost part.

Found Quarry Motors through Parts Gateway which advised that they had the part I required. Telephoned them direct and spoke to Ashley who was very helpful and knowledgable. He despatched the part that day and I received it early the next morning in perfect condition. Would highly recommend Quarry Motors and will certainly use again in the future.

Daughter's 120d ate its own engine. Replace or scrap? Contacted Quarry Motors who supplied a low mileage replacement engine and collected the car from our local garage some distance away. The whole job, including costs was outlined from the start, they kept us informed of progress and the car was ready for collection exactly on time. It is now one month later and there hasn't been a single hiccup with anything to do with the engine supplied or the work done. Other companies claim to do similar work cheaper but a few pounds more for peace of mind is very worthwhile. Daughter is happy to be back in her Beemer, she was pleased with the way they even valeted the car, I was very relieved to have found such a good garage who really are BMW specialists. I encountered an excellent experience at Quarry Motors. No other garage wanted to touch my car yet these guys had it fixed the very next day! If you take your car to Quarry, you can expect very competitive pricing and an all round brilliant customer service. Would recommend to anyone :)

My BMW rear tyre needed replacing , after taking it to my local tyre company we found the wheel was cracked . Went on ebay to find prices were ridiculously high. Im so glad I found Quarry motors , helpful staff sent me a wheel out the very next day, early morning as well ! very good condition wheel with a 6mm tyre tread on the tyre as well ! on a 255 tyre that's some saving ! and lightening delivery ! many thanks Quarry Motors will be seeing you again.
