We purchased a dog kennel from Gavin and Mimmi whilst we were at Crufts, we were so pleased with the build quality we chose Gavin to build a grooming room/ lady cave for myself and our two Bearded Collies Bentley and Logan.
From the beginning Gavin and Mimmi have been a pleasure to deal with, very professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The room was expertly designed to fit the space we had in a way that omitted having to apply for planning permission and the finished article looked exactly like the drawings.
Gavin and Charlie had to travel to North Yorkshire to do this job and had planned to be here for three weeks, however as lockdown was fast approaching they worked extremely hard and completed the job in two weeks by working very long days ( much appreciated guys). We could have used a local company but quality of work and being a pleasure to deal with made us opt for Quarters of Sussex. We would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects and would highly recommend them. One word of warning though, have a plentiful supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits!!!!!

Gavin and Charlie have designed and built a beautiful kennel for our mastiff Lenny together with a fenced area for him and a ‘doggy loo’. They have been unfailingly friendly, helpful and creative, arriving when they said they would, sticking to budgets and responding promptly. I could not recommend them more highly.

I purchased a beautiful hand made collar from Mimmi at Crufts 2019. I was struck by the unusual designs and beautiful colours. Such a friendly lady who made a collar to my specifications while I waited. When I tried the collar on my Lurcher it was a little snug due to my dodgy measurements.
I emailed this company to see if they could exchange and got a lovely email back saying that they would be delighted to make another collar for my dog. In less than a week I had the replacement and it fits perfectly and looks fantastic. I would recommend Quarters of Sussex to anybody that wants to deal with a friendly company that goes to so much trouble to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied. Excellent communication, great company , thank you.

Gavin and Charlie from Quarters of Sussex have extended my car port, built a log store, repaired a badly damaged window cill, and carried out minor roof repairs. Beautiful, neat, thorough work completed to a very high standard with attention to detail. All done within budget and time scales. Extremely pleased with the work and would highly recommend them and be more than happy to provide a reference. Gavin tends to complete the work as if he is doing the work on his own property - brilliant! Look forward to getting more work done with Gavin and Charlie next year. They do like a biscuit so keep the supply of biscuits and coffee flowing! :-) Thank you very much for a job really well done. It was a real pleasure to see the wonderful work, and to deal with them. Gavin was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with on my garden log cabin.

Gavin's quotation was not the cheapest but was carefully written and costings explained. He is a polite, honest hard working guy with an equally hard working assistant Ryan.
They both worked diligently on my project and overcame difficulties without complaint. Pleasant to deal with at all times (and they only need two cups of tea a day ! ).
I would recommend this 'can-do' partnership of professionals who within their scope of skills are unlikely to let you down.
I have already contracted them for further work and look forward to the same result.

Delighted with our new garden annexe, beyond our expectations. Gavin and Ryan take a pride in their work which has resulted in a high quality build. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for extra space in their home, built to high specification in the same way an extension would be but at less than half the price!

The kennel they built for my 2 dogs has so far surpassed my expectations. It’s beautiful and looks like a piece of furniture in my kitchen. The design and functionality is so smooth and easy and I can’t get the dogs or my young daughter out of it! I cannot recommend them enough.

Mimmi and Gavin were really helpful and listened to what I was after for my pup, they designed my little pup house to fit in perfectly with its surroundings, I would definitely recommend them, the pup house is so beautifully crafted, a true show piece and definitely the best in town 😊❤️

Quarters of Sussex have created a beautiful bespoke hand crafted dog kennel to reflect the style of our Sussex village pub. The detail and craftsmanship is exceptional. We get lots of doggie guests and their owners and during the summer in the garden The Quarters kennel receives lots of interest. I couldn't recommend Quarters of Sussex highly enough. Tim

Gavin and Ryan recently completed the construction of our new garden room, and we are extremely happy with the end product. Their attention to detail is second to none, they put forward some excellent suggestions along the way, and kept us up to speed with the detail of the progress and what was to happen next. They are both extremely hard working and easy to get on with. They leave the work area very tidy at the end of every day. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have wanted a garden room for a long time and was not disappointed when I had one built. It had to store my collection of Korean furniture paintings and a huge kimono but also be a serviceable space with sofa and tv a chill out space and not forgetting a home for my pampered cats Gizmo and Domino who do not get on with my husbands dogs so there was no way they could all live together in the house. Gavin and Ryan did an amazing job it is everything I wanted ia lovely building well insulated and heated (the cats have their own cat flap) and that is what I got in this build it looks like it truly belongs in our garden.

Gavin & Mimi have been absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Our new doggie des-res arrived yesterday and is the work of a pure craftsman. Every step of the build we have been consulted and the final result is beautiful. Ted & Lulu got to explore yesterday and now we can't get them out!

Great design & great product!

Quarters of Sussex has built us a beautifully crafted kennel for our Westie, Rex. The owners -Gavin and Mimmi's artistic flair has meant that the kennel looks very stylish alongside our house apart from being Rex's dog pad when he has had enough of us and wants some time to himself!
I highly recommend this company when choosing a kennel for your four-legged friend.
