I found Quarters of Sussex when searching the internet for provides of outdoor kennels. I had no previous experience of the company. From the moment I expressed an interest in commissioning a kennel, the experience has been enjoyable, interactive and fun. Gavin consulted me on various options for the kennel, and really went to trouble to ensure a good colour match between the kennel and my house. He kept me and my children up to speed with how the kennel build was going, emailing photos of the kennel at various stages so that we could see the progress that was being made. He made sure that the delivery process would go smoothly by asking for details of access, and giving me an explanation of how installation would be effected. The delivery and build itself went very smoothly - Gavin brought his son to assist so I didn't have to do any heavy lifting at all! Finally, the product itself - the kennel - is beautiful. The build quality is exceptionally good - it is a stunning piece of building. Our dog loves it already.
In summary, I cannot recommend Gavin and Quarters of Sussex highly enough. I didn't just get a fantastic kennel, but an interactive journey documented with photos and a video. The level of service was superlative.

From the initial consultation through to delivery and installation nothing was too much trouble. The attention to detail, the quality of finish and the craftsmanship were truly exceptional and we appreciated the commitment of talking us through every stage of the build with regular updates. We also feel the pricing is incredibly reasonable considering the quality of the materials and the finish.
It's reassuring that Gavin, Mimmi and the team pride themselves on the excellent level of service they provide and importantly, design the kennels with maximum comfort in mind, especially with the option of under-floor heating. Who could resist!

My kennel arrived at the one month given time frame on time. The communication through out the build was first class and I enjoyed the photo updates along the way. The kennel is literally perfect. It fits in to my home just as I hoped and my dog Alpha has started to use it. A beautiful product Thank you , and will recommend.
