I ordered a jumper on 28/9
I received confirmation of my order
Overnight my order was upgraded to 2 jumpers and another payment was taken from my credit card which I did not authorise
I tried to cancel the order on 29/9
They said goods were in transit so couldn’t cancel
Goods arrived in 10/10
Didn’t look like the photo
They were meant to be M but were too short fabric not like the wool in the photo
I then contacted them as per their returns
You have to ask for a return address which took a week to obtain
I received the address to return to which is in China and I have to pay the cost
They did say to avoid the cost of returning items I could have 25% of cost refunded
When I ordered the jumper I had read reviews on Facebook of how easy returns were
I have just found at the bottom of their website on the returns page that you have to return to Asia
This was not mentioned before and took some finding
I think Facebook should check this company out
I am setting up a dispute as they had no right to take a second payment from my card
Please don’t buy anything from them
The jumpers were cheap and nasty looking
Should have a zero star rating

Follow up on previous review. After receiving 2 jumpers weeks after ordering, would fit a child and made predominantly of plastic, I raised a dispute as advised by PayPal.
After jumping through hoops sending photos of the packaging, label and offending jumpers I am still waiting for them to give me an address to return them. I have been unable to find them on internet and today an ad. popped up on Facebook that looks suspiciously the same company under a different name. I have logged a complaint with Facebook. I won’t give up! Watch this space.

Ordered a jumper for 34.95 wanted to cancel and asked them to do this before it was processed, they didn't, 2 weeks on it's arrived, it's not wool, badly made, very small and stank of bad fish. Not from Manchester obviously China tat. Why are these companies not closed down, they are a con. No invoice in the packaging and no returns. I could have bought one from M & S for 35 quid. PayPal reimbursed me, thank you to them. 1 star is too good for these thieves and con merchants.

Absolutely rubbishing quality so have written umpteen messages to their customer services with no response. Like all the other reportees I feel they are a worthless Chinese business relying on Manchester’s good name in textiles and advertising on Facebook both of which lend them a degree of credibility.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM is my advice.
Their customer service is non-existent and they do NOT answer emails!

Wish I had read reviews before I ordered from this company they should not be allowed to trade their quality is awful I ordered a sweater which looked lovely on their website but I would not even give it to a charity shop it’s probably going in rubbish as I’m sure returning it would not be successful what a disaster of a company. Just glad I wasn’t depending on this for an occasion.

Appalling, truly appalling - absolutely zero response to countless emails. The jumpers I ordered took forever to arrive, shocking quality, shocking fit.
I can now see I am one of many customers who have been totally duped.

Less than zero - awful quality of 2 jumpers and far too small . Company answered me as soon as I ordered , but now I want to make a return absolutely NO Feedback - How does Trading standards allow them to continue ? My advice - Never order on an unknown site before reading reviews . I would also Never ever use this company again

I wouldn’t even give this company one star. It’s a total scam , goods poor quality , no way of returning despite 5 emails with no response . Please do not use them

Scam - goods taken over a month to arrive and then of such poor quality they are unwearable. Contact made for a refund - with zero response. I've been had!
This company needs to be shut down.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE - THEY ARE A FRAUD!!! ZERO STARS!!! Foolishly I bought 2 jumpers from them but they arrived looking nothing like the photo - undersized and definitely synthetic not wool/cotton. They are unwearable. No label inside either! After complaining, I received an apologetic email from Ahmed but then radio silence! Nothing!!! I fear that I have lost my money but don’t want anyone else to fall victim to this dishonest company!!

Ordered 17 days ago, no delivery and all contact has ceased. Will be reporting to Trading Standards and what else can be found to help resolve and stop others from being scammed.

Why is this company being allowed to trade ? After realising it was a scam company I cancelled my order within half hour being told 6 days later it was too late to cancel. I’m contacting trading standards as I feel people are being duped .. BIG TIME !

Scam they need shutting down and reporting to trading standards . Good old Ahmed sent a email then nothing offering a 20% refund on the worst shirts ever made . Disturbing how they still send promotional emails but keep ripping people off !!!!!!!

Size listed as XL but small on my size 10 daughter. Still waiting for a reply from customer services.

Scam site. Don't your money

Wish I could give it zero stars, total scam

I ordered a jacket. It took weeks to come and is too small. In fact it is tiny. It doesn’t have any labels. I have emailed numerous times to arrange a return but no contact. They keep sending me emails about other products so they obviously have my address. Have even sent a message on Messenger. Do not order anything from this company.

Terrible service. I tried to return the item and after 2 weeks waiting for the steps to do it I haven’t received any suitable response.
The item is too small not true to the size and no quality to match with the price.
Avoid buying with them as they don’t comply with the sales regulations established in UK. The company operates from China and they don’t give you a full refund. You lose your money.

Brown Jumper finally arrived. Much smaller than described for a Large Jumper. Quality not as advertised for this Brown Chunky Jumper for the price. Will donate to Charity!

Please can I ask people to logon to this website and report QuatierManchester - the more of us that have been scammed that do the better we might then help stop anyone else being scammed!
