The credit-card holder I was charged $24.95 for my son as a gift is absolute "GARBAGE". Its not even leather, its made of cheap man-made material, and I doubt he will get more than 3-months use out of something that's not worth $5.00!!! Quartzily is located in California and never mentions anything about the product being made in China, as well as shipped from there to them in "slow-motion", then they forward the item to the buyers U.S. address from California. If you look up the tracking # after purchasing the item, you will clearly see its shipment originated in China. It took over 3-weeks to get the item, by then my son's birthday had already "PASSED". I dealt with Cindy L. Johnson in Customer Service on this matter and she was rude, disrespectful, and hung the phone up on me after I called their customer service # to complain to her by phone. You've been warned, this company sucks just as much as their garbage items that they sell!!!

Worst Customer Service in the world. Will not accept returns if your not satisfied with the quality of their products unless you pay the shipping to the "Return Center" in Vietnam. Deceptive product descriptions. Do not order from these scam artist.

Please do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a piece for my daughter it was never received whey I asked a out a refund they stated I needed to track the package down, they gave me the wrong tracking # after 2 months of tracking this product it was returned to sender & now they can’t seem to locate the product but refuse to issue a refund

Very poor customer service that matches the poor quality in product. After a few days the writing rubbed off from the product. After many e-mails and responding to automated correspondence, I gave up and got used to the idea inas scammed. BE WARNED, STAY AWAY
Quartzily will take your money then disappear.

I placed an order December 23, 2018 for a picture frame for my son for his birthday which is February 14th and have yet to receive it. Steer clear of this seller

I ordered 3 if the daughter moons for my 3 girls back in November of last year as a Christmas present for them. As it approached Christmas still no sign even though said it had been sent on the 1st December. They said it was on its way and theatre they tracked it to the UK but was stuck at customs and would take 1 - 2 weeks at the mist to arrive. It never did so against n I contacted them. This time they said that there was a problem and would re-send the order and I would receive tracking information in a day or two. That was 2 week of January. Still nothing and only getting automated email now instead of a response.

DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered a moon lamp from them and after waiting over a month to get it, it came without the plug in for it. I emailed them 4 times with no response. I now have a $40 piece of junk I can’t even use.

3) found out wallet actually shipped Dec 24
4) Contacted Quartzily and ask to cancel the order Jan 5 and got no response
5) Received wallet Jan 9

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE SORRY! This Company is horrible to deal with. They sent the wrong item to me, I ordered a daughter moon lamp, they sent a son moon lamp. I contacted them for a return label and they said they do not do that, I need to return the item to Vietnam and then they will credit for the purchase, minus the shipping? Seriously? Who does that when they made the mistake? I had to open a PayPal case against them. I am still fighting them and am out of $70.00. Why is this Company still in business with all of these negative reviews? They need to be shut down! Please don't order or you will be sorry!

This company is nothing but a scam! Waited forever to get the wallet I ordered when it arrived the ink for inscription was smudged and comes off on your fingers, I've repeatedly tried to contact them to get a refund and I'm sent to an automated email. BEWARE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

My experience was no different than the other reviews. I did not purchase through amazon. Quartzily advertised on facebook, so I purchased from them directly. Obviously they do not disclose that the items you are buying are coming from China or South Korea. I ordered a wallet for my son and ordered a necklace for my daughter on November 21st. These were to be Christmas gifts. The wallet arrived a week of Christmas but the necklace arrived on Jan 3rd. I did contact them and the reply was a standard response that they probably send to everyone. The items themselves were not junk, but the time it takes to get them is unacceptable in today's world.

I purchased an item in late November for my wife for Christmas. The item was never delivered to this day. I have contacted them to inquire why the item was not delivered. After 1 month, they finally contacted me saying they were going to look into it. That was the beginning of January. This company is terrible at responding to customers, and they don’t help you. I would not recommend buying anything from this company!!!

Big Scam Waited six weeks for it to get here was open and it’s nothing but junk the picture frame you can barely read the words and the back is a piece of junk the globe is nothing but a plastic ball the stand is a piece of junk probably could’ve bought both items at a dollar store for two dollars I spent $75.00 Can’t get a hold of anybody They answer back personally. They keep sending me to a link for the return they don’t stand behind their product very misleading very disappointing they should not be able to advertise this sort of thing on Facebook or any social media! I wish I would’ve read these reviews before hand! Duped

SCAM,SCAM,SCAM!!! Ordered a watch on 12/4/2018. Website shows Discover symbol but only take PayPal & Visa. Didn't get order & tracking # showed "In transit" all the way till 12/28. When ck'd again on 1/2/2019 tracking showed it was @ my Post Office but never picked up & sent back to China. Never sent me updated tracking messages @ all & had to do search in email even tho they had it alongw/my cell. Website says 100% money back guarantee but just crap!! Read reviews b4 u buy & some may not get $ back. Now see they are on Amazon so call them & tell them to delist it cuz it'll only cause problems. Sent 3 emails & all I get back is computer generated apology & stated understanding of them Working Hard to get u the product. Bunch of BS!!!!

This company is a rip-off!!!!! They do not stand behind their product or return policy and their customer service is rude and will not accept that “THEY” may have made a mistake. “Do not” purchase any items from this company.

Still waiting for my December 20 order. Contact info is only an email which sends back an auto-generated message with my tracking number. When I put in the tracking number it shows delivered to Las Vegas ( I don't live there) on a date BEFORE I ordered the product. They sure took my money right away though. Terrible place. Will NEVER order from them again. Ever.

Nothing but disappointment,,took forever to arrive when it did the packaging was damaged,opening it only led to more disappointment,,such a cheap ball of plastic with a verse on it thats barely legable even when its turned on i will never order from this company again nor will i ever reccomend them...MOTHER DAUGHTER GLOBE

Same as everyone else. Ordered Nov1st. Still nothing. Tracking says it's in Vancouver now. Seems like a big scam. 100 dollar lesson.

Update. Received the 2 balls on about Jan 10th. Had to pay 8.34 cdn in custom fees.

I ordered the mom and daughter globe a month ago. Still haven't received it. When I send them a msg they text me back telling me to follow the guide. Post office tells me the tracking number isn't right not enough numbers. Keep getting the run around. Now there out til January 3rd and I still haven't received my order. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE OR WEBSITE AGAIN. Will be seeking legal actions for fraudulent activities and theft if I don't hear from them or get my item I ordered.
