Tremendous service all round simply cannot recommend enough back up support is superb I recently have had size of cranks replaced at no extra expense without exchange due to customs and adfitional charges courtesy of Jess at Quella unbeatsble customer service indeed with most appreciated thanks !

Bought replacement wheels. Easy online ordering, prompt delivery, everything as expected.

One criticism - very low spec tyres included - I'm sure people would pay a bit more to have the wheels road ready.

I bought a bike from them last year and I wanted to order some upgrades for it. Jess was extremely helpful even though what I was ordering wasn’t actually listed on the website and sorted it out without any problems at all.

Outstanding customer service, even over the Christmas holidays. Especially from Jess, very helpful and quickly resolved our problem (we had ordered the wrong sized frame) they arranged collection of bike and sent us the new frame we needed straight away. Not to mention the bike is stunning! Amazing work Team Quella! 👍🥰🚴‍♀️x

I couldn't be happier with my Quella.
Getting two bikes in one is such a bonus, it's brilliant. I find it excellent as a road bike to be able to sprint again on a bike that feels solid, perfectly balanced without gear change. A proper machine. Trying fixed gear for the first time was an eye opener, a few times but absolutely love it. A flip flop wheel literally gave me the bike I was so pleased to get plus a fixie, anytime. Fantastic. I bought the Nero courier, all black with Quella foot straps and an arse saver. Personally still the perfect choice, so pleased. I will definitely return to Quella for future purchases. They are great to deal with and a pleasure. Quick response to enquiries before, during and after sales. Always helpful, friendly and polite support. I wish Quella a well deserved great future, it has a decent story behind it, nice one! We're now a two Quella family, bonus. Two fixed gear bikes together is magic, cheers.

Great company Great bike!!

I use my Varsity Oxford to commute daily to and from work. It’s a great bike to ride, smooth and handles really well and more importantly it’s never let me down.
I would recommend Quella without a second thought, from the sales, customer service and the service department all highly professional

We're do I start? I ride loads of bikes ,I have a R5 cervelo which I used to do the 200 miles across Wales in a day ( Dragon ride) I also have , C3, P3, S works etc etc, so you know we're I am coming from, I'm not just a bloke who rides a bike , I was looking to buy a fixed gear bike for the road ( I ride one on the velodrome but they don't have breaks) so I looked at a Edinburgh bike fixed gear to pop to the shops on but wow what a great bike ,solid, quiet, looks awesome and rides great, I loved it when I took it out for a ride and overtook some blokes on there carbon bikes on there club ride i was pushing 23mph on it, would I recommend one ? 100 percent

I have a Quella Varsity Imperial and absolutely love it, it’s now a couple of years old and has stood the ravages of winter in a coastal climate well. I ride it fixed wheel with toe clips which gives me ultimate control!

Comfortable

Very responsive to my questions and requests, the bike was delivery super fast despite me making some alterations, and it’s a bloody great bike too.
