Our water machine quite working over a year ago. Quench sent out a tech and the tech informed us that the parts could not be ordered for our machine anymore and it could not be fixed. I reached out to the company multiple times because we were still being billed for a machine that did not work. We were told we would have to pay for a new machine instead of being provided with a replacement because they could not fix ours. I was still being billed for a machine not being used! I asked to cancel our contract with the company since the machine could not be fixed and was told we would have to pay out our contract. They refused to work work with and insist that the bills are valid even though the water machine could not be fixed or used. I have disputed the bills multiple times and I am told every time that there is nothing the company will do. No discount on the bill. No removing the bills even though the machine was unusable. Highly disappointed that their company representatives refused to help in any way. I get called and emailed once a week and respond to every call and email and I am being told that I never contacted them. 10/10 would NOT recommend using this company to anybody ever.

A pleasant experience so far. At the moment, I've only communicated with Matthew Van Etten via email, but he has been incredibly kind and patient with me as I was trying to figure out what I needed.
I expect our machine to be delivered/installed in December, so I can write about that experience later.

Your invoicing process is driving me nutz! Send me 1 invoice and send me 1 statement at the end of the month - this is all I need. Multiple copies / emails of the same invoice week after week when we are within terms creates additional work and potentially results in 1.) delayed payments or 2.) duplicate payments.

This company is HORRIBLE.
After calling QUENCH many times to have our three water dispenser serviced and them not showing up we canceled them. Also, there billing is a joke I rarely received invoices from them and when I did they were always wrong. A one star is overrated for this company.

Scheduling a technician to come out for maintenance on our unit was easy. The technician arrived on the day and time scheduled. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. The entire process was easy and pleasant with no issues.

Representative Matthew VanEtten and technician Brian Payton, was a delightful experience. They are both professional, friendly, and answered my many questions. My staff are extremely pleased with this water cooler unit.

expressed my experience with this company and they write back how they want to work it out. What a joke. They Auto renewed my policy last year and at that time I sent them a letter requestion to cancel any further auto renewals. They are a scam they said I gave them notice too far in advance 8 months in advance and they auto renewed my contract for the second year in a row. in my opinion the water sucks, the service sucks, and the company sucks.

All went well with the first maintenance on the machine it is working great. I asked the technician 2-3 questions that he answered. In the future though I would like to be informed when the maintenance person will be coming.

We are stuck in a three year contract that we are unable to break despite lack of service and BLACK MOLD growing in the water. Despite paying for a unit and service, we have not seen a technician for over a year to change the filter. The best that their customer service could offer us was "one free service from their technician." What have we been paying for then? We are stuck in a contract with this company until 10/2025. Do not sign up!

We started with a smaller water supply company that was acquired by Quench. Completely different experience. The Quench company only serviced our device after we requested multiple times. Our contract "auto" renewed and we had to pay even after the equipment was removed. We will never work with them again.
