Machine are ok. No better than what you can buy yourself. Their billing system is always wrong. Huge effort to get it corrected. Watch out for the auto renew on their contracts. They do not notify you before renewing the contract. Also, they have annual service fees but never show up to do the service. all in all and bad experience.

While we do enjoy the usage of the machine (water and ice), they neglected to come out for their 'annual service' for over 2 years. Then, we just had someone come out yesterday and when they left they forgot to turn the water back on to the unit. Come on man....

We struggle with the billing turnaround...get notices. We operate in a 30 day window with all other vendors. The shipping rates also cause us to meet our minimum and then shop elsewhere for free shipping and cost savings.

I called for a repair request. I received a confirmation email letting me know that if there was no problem with the machine I would be charged. Apparently, the person taking my request didn't believe me.
The technician came out and replaced the machine, because there truly was an issue. But I was not aware that someone was there to service the machine until after they has already left. No one came to me to explain what went wrong with the old machine or show me the new one.
The whole process took less than two days, but the communication wasn't very good.

Our new building was finished without any drinking water access outside of a kitchen faucet. Tyler, was easy to reach and assured me that they would find a way to get us some options. Sean was sent to our location, and he was exceptional! He was courteous, professional, friendly, and accommodating. Sean helped investigate possible areas for installation with a positive, solution-oriented mindset. I have a high bar for customer service and it's rare for me to say someone exceeded my expectations, but Sean did! Great experience overall!

Repair made to machine. Came out quickly and repaired. Had to come out again, did not work - did so promptly. Replacement machine was needed. Came out and replaced. We were pleased with our service and repairman - Gianni. We were without water for a couple of weeks. Service dates were made as promised. I contact accounting and they are credited us for the days of no usage.

Quench is a predatory company. They tried to take over an account set up by the local distributor. They deceptively sent a serviceperson out and billed me a few hundred dollars when I got free service from the distributor. They use strong arm tactics when I was caught between paying ny local guy and Quench.. Then thety assessed late charges when I paid the local distro. So much time and effort wasted dealing with these people. I would stay away from Quench for your own good.
