The worst, buggiest software I've ever used. 404 pages all over the web app. No useful help articles anywhere. Tried to cancel and that seems almost impossible. Had to push very hard for my right to get my data removed. I could list all the issues but I'd be here all day. Honestly the level of incompetence here is astounding. How they are still in business I cannot fathom. I wholly recommend that no-one trust them with their financial data and client info.

Still no contact from Temi, they just do not care, I must of spent thousand with them over the years as I also had Online accountancy for many clients, if they just said unable to fix it that would of been fine, instead they just past you on to someone else to waste your time and run you around in circles.

Such a fraudulent company!
My company was closed 2 years ago. They said I had to pay my annual fee (£150) to close the account, so I did.
A year later, £150 has been attempted to be taken from my bank. I’ve spent 30 whole minutes on the phone to intuit on hold, and again, they’re saying they can’t close my account until I’ve paid it. I’ve not used the application for 2 years!!! Disgraceful and so unhelpful. Would never again use or recommend.

Old issue resolved very quickly.
Have rung several times regarding the issue which Cassandra identified quickly.
Previous calls had led me to understand the issue was more serious that it actually was !!

I had a 45-minute chat with Daryl, and he was super helpful and clear. He gave me all the info I needed, and I feel much better equipped to start using this software.
