Very good onboarding session

Shem explained topics very clearly and I came away from the meeting feeling that I had learned a greatdeal. She was very patient with me and gave me time to ask what I needed(more time than she should have!)so thank you so much.

If I had written this several months…

If I had written this several months ago it would have been a positive 5 star review but not since the so called 'upgrade' to the new Sole Trader system.
The new system is very challenging to make sense of and does not work for a very small business like mine plus to add insult to injury it has not migrated all my data from the past few years and hence all the tax information has been lost and appears unrecoverable.

I have asked for support and to return to the previous system but told - in no uncertain terms - that this is not possible and basically ignored despite trying very hard to explain my situation. Having made a formal complaint I waited almost 4 weeks for a response which when it came was unhelpful, condescending and did not acknowledge my issues.

Unless you are very confident in using clunky awkward systems then I suggest trying another provider who offer supportive customer care and at least some semblance of interest in the client.

Was a strange kind of relief to read that some others had a similar kind of experience to my own on here as I was made to feel like it was only me and my fault!

Data Migration to Sole Trader

I've been a QuickBooks customer for four years and this data migration to Sole Trader has been a nightmare. All my data is somewhere in QB system but not in my account. It's been going on for a month and QB keep telling me that they're having issues solving this.

I have been bitterly disappointed with…

I have been bitterly disappointed with technical support. An error in my invoicing arose sporadically and prevented key information from appearing. This was escalated to the technical team over 6 weeks ago and all I have had is an assertion that they are “working hard” to find a solution. An offer; after much complaining of a partial refund on my monthly subscription as a “goodwill gesture “ was insulting

Logging on now a Nightmare!!!
Asks are u a robot ,go to tick it, then wants you to tick pictures , which I loathe and hate. The inventor should be shot.
I am looking at changing our accountants to one doesn’t go anywhere near insane books
