Please do not use this it has been almost 4 days and I still haven’t received my mega package I have tried everything from emails to customer support and they keep telling me to wait (update, So they still haven't given me my funds back turns out they have been charging me over the pass 2 years from when this review was made, in total they have stolen 400 dollars from me, don't use this service)

Paid with flexepin and verified with my phone number. 16 hours later and still don't have my BTC. No replies to my emails to support and their 'support' phone number is just a robot telling you to email them, emails they don't even reply to.

Needed the BTC to process a payment yesterday and I'm now late to pay because I am still waiting. Used flexepin to avoid headaches of using my bank account. They took my $100 and still have given me, nothing, as well as ignoring my emails.

Update: it was related to my being a new customer. While I still think they should have better means of reaching them for support and faster reply speed, they rectified my issue and are legitimate.

Been 24hrs no coin or response from help desk. Nightmare! Avoid!

Been two days now and no BTC transaction made, no replies to emails.

Pretty sure this is a scam considering they have already taken money from my account.

Will be filing a CORE report with TPS later this evening.

EDIT: Guess it took multiple emails to get my BTC, should be stated on the website that it is not gonna take "Seconds", minutes or hours. Will take multiple days.

I made an error in inputting the address of the coin I was buying, and QuickBT realized it before I did. Luckily, I had missed a digit - if I had just mistyped a digit, I'm not sure there would have been anything they could have done because it would have been delivered to someone else, and one of the principles of crypto, of course, is immutability. My coin address was a couple of digits short, and so they jumped in right away to help me, and, with their help, I got my coin.

Jamie from QuickBT was personable, helpful, and he really knows what he's doing. I have seen others on Trustpilot who have said they have had trouble with QuickBT. I would urge you to reach out to them for help. They're really good and committed to the principles inherent to cryptocurrency. I was most impressed.

Bought some LTC from the website its been 48 hours and i havent received my Litecoin yet. email the help section and so far no reply. Defintly will not deal with this website again. a total scam. Not Recommended!

Its been nearly a day and nothing. Avoid. I dont think its coming and if it is it will be a while. Seems like a scam of a company. avoid.

It has been over 2 days since the funds have been drained from my bank account and it seems like they are lost forever. I have sent multiple emails to their help line and have not received any help or assistance. This is terrifying to think my money is just gone. It has to be a scam.

QuickBit helped me to buy bit coins quickly and accurately with my fund.The customer support team's work also very satisfied and quick. If you know which wallet can receive coins fast at the time, you will be very satisfied with the QuickBit service. (sometimes, it depends on when and what wallet... so)

I've waited two days for my coins and they've never came. I also emailed them twice at their help email and I called in for verification. Definitely a scam

i've used quickBT 2 more times since my first buy
yes, the first buy took a few hours, but the last 2 buys took exactly 15 minutes to appear in my account! pretty good....

i did a few calculations to determine fees etc...

fees did end up being about 12% on top of what i purchased (maybe they go down with volume?)

the price, considering CDN to USD conversion at current rate of exchange and current market price of ETH on Binance at time of purchase was about -2.5% below market... that isn't too bad... considering the fluctuations in the market

i am waiting to be verified at a few sites and will choose the site with best fees that is canadian... i expect with time more sites will pop up and fees will be more competitive..

the only negative would be the fee... but, you are paying for convenience and fast turn around... which is what you get

I bought bitcoin from Quickbt 6 days ago. I havent recieved anything. I even pin and phone verified and activation.My order number is 297379.i hope I didnt get scam.can anyone help?

298864 order number is taking forever. How on earth am I supposed to buy when market is low if the exchange is taking 12 hours to deliver etherium? And I still have no received it.

How is your site quick if it's mad slow?

That “quick” in quickbt should be taken with a sack load of salt . Bought some ltc , phone activated more than 24 hours now and no coins received yet . Customer service is a joke , no answers .

Not sure IF anyone else has had this happen... I have been purchasing BTC and other Crypto for a while. Never bought Litecoin but my oldest son wanted some for his Christmas present.. So here I am at QuickBT. I must say it was rather easy... HOWEVER... somehow, not pilot error.. An O ended up at the end of the Litecoin address that was giving. I copied and pasted right from the email to this site. Double checked it.. I received a confirmation email :

A very short time after writing this I got a return email from a Mr.Jeff Robinson. Explaining that the address I had entered was invalid and to please send a return email with the correct address. Mr. Jeff just saved my son's Christmas. Thank you Jeff.. Cheers, Merry Christmas Sir !!

And since this second review I have used them probably 8-10 times now. Excellent customer service, excellent delivery time. I just buy litecoin ... I have no worries about the delivery of my coins. They show up in a timely fashion.

QuickBT gets all my future business. I have referred them to friends now that I feel confident they can and do deliver !!

The site is currently going under, and funds deposited will not be seen again it seems. Read all the comments below, and you can see that this is not an ideal situation. I have not received any email, nor missing coin, and am probably going to have to file a CORE report with TPS. Unfortunately, this business Jamie Robinson (also on LinkedIn) has is profitable, he's just run it into the ground. Without contact from him soon, I'll have to set out and talk to the reporters who have interviewed him before, as they love follow ups in an industry taking the world by storm.

My issue has been resolved.

I ordered LTC from quickBT 72 hours ago and still haven't received it, despite their website stating the transaction would complete itself in "seconds" (or a max of 12 hours, which I've surpassed 6 times over). I tried calling their help line which is a complete joke. I've also sent an email to customer service with no response. I'm going to give it a few more days before I notify police. Do NOT use this service! If i could give 0 stars I would. There are other, more reputable services out there for Canadians if you're looking to buy crypto quickly. What a freaking joke.
