Absolutely disgusting service from start to end. minimal communication and having to chase constantly. Promised a fantastic service which was substandarded. Would never recommend!!!!!!

Scam, scam, scammers.
Quickie divorce promised a stress free process of clean break. They practically hounded me for payment and promised to offer consultation for me and my ex husband.
Few minutes into the consultation I was told they only draft documents and they will omly speak to me during the process. I explained the agent I paid to reassured me, they will get all necessary document / information from ex directly and since thry can't do that, the service is not suitable for me.

Quickie divorce have refused to refund my money, saying I have received a consultation and they have done anti money laundry checks / dispute check.

I requested to cancel contract and requested a refund within an hour of payment yet I was being denied when their policy ststes you have 14 days cooling off period.

I beleive this company intentionally targets vulnerable people to swindle them with promises of a stress free divorce support and I will do everything to expose them

Respectful, responsive and good guidance through the process.

Paid online for the service, opened the terms and conditions, read them didn't sign them as did not wish to accept them. Contacted them straight away to say that I didn't accept the terms and would like a refund. After about a week they have contacted me and offered only75%refund stating they were keeping some money for various things that should not have even been actioned until I had accepted the contract. Still waiting for this to be resolved in the correct manners.

COMPLETE AND UTTER WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!!!

When applied, I was asked right away to sign that I cannot get my money back, because they apparently start working right away on the case.

I was hoping this company would reduce the stress of getting a divorce. Instead they increased it. I paid for them to fill out the documents, they did, but once I sent it to the court, I received them back because ‘they weren’t filled out properly’. I contacted the company about this and they did nothing!!!!

I had to fill everything out by myself anyway, and paying ‘Quickie’ just wasted my money and time.

Also, when I asked how I can leave a review, they told me “write it here for an INVESTIGATION” in emails.

I don’t trust this company at all. They took £500 in an initial phone call then got someone to ring me back an hour later. They hadn’t sent any terms and conditions but wanted me to agree to them before we started. As I started to read through I discovered the amount I had paid wasn’t going to be the only amount and that further fees would be added. I declined the service and didn’t agree to any terms and conditions and said I wanted a refund. I then had an email to say that out of the £500 I had paid I would only get £350 back to pay for admin fees. After further emails they said I would get my full refund after 2-5 days which I have had nothing, I emailed again yesterday and no reply. Do not use this company, they are scammers!

We purchased a consent order package through Quickie Divorce (although this seemed to then be dealt with through a partner company of theirs called Clean Break). We had numerous problems throughout making what was already a very stressful time far more stressful. The below are some of the problems we experienced, and these were sent in a complaints email to the company (TO WHICH I HAVE RECEIVED NO REPLY or acknowledgement several weeks later):-

-On numerous occasions responses had not been correctly read (or read at all).
-Information was repeatedly requested which was already clearly in the document or/and been confirmed in earlier emails.
-Emails and even the final legal documents from Clean Break have grammar and typo errors. These are legal documents!!!!
-Figures relating to the asset split, which had been questioned by Clean Break and subsequently confirmed via email by me as correct, had been adapted back to wrong figures by Clean Break (to add insult I was even told I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN ADMIN CHARGE to adapt them back to how I entered them).
- Key requirements relating to asset splits entered onto their form, notably relating to the cars and my business (which was from the very start made explicitly clear needed special mention in the court documents) were not transferred or included in the final documents (AGAIN I was then told I needed to pay an additional admin charge to include this).

I can not describe how upset this company has made me.

Last week I received some emails claiming that my complaint was not valid as the company had completed the work I paid them for. This was ignoring the fact that I couldn't access the account to access my paperwork.

Today, I apparently have no account, I am then I was hung up on and the second person I spoke to said that they were unable to pass my details to a manager.

Shocking!!!!

Still being ignored, still out of pocket!

Quickie Divorce contacted me as soon as the review went live (of course they did).

Since then no progress.

Absolute joke of a company....

Having started a divorce and making the payment for it I was then ignored whilst trying to make further contact.

In order to continue the divorce I had to pay again elsewhere.

Still trying to make contact, still being ignored.

Exceptional service so far. Everything has been thoroughly explained and the process couldn't have been easier.

Divorce process were quick and staff always available to respond to any query.

What a absolutely horrendous firm to deal with they are quick enough takin my money but when I cancelled my divorce with my wife trying to get refund off and they won't return my money dreadful firm to deal with please avoid them.

Well i have had no reply or information off u regarding anything or even to know what stage i am all i do is ring u!!!! And rung yesterday again been told refund would be yesterday still no refund and I was told 3 weeks ago get my money back ur firm is a joke no information no communication
ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING

Do not use this company.
They lost my data. The asked for a re-activation fee. And I has to complete the divorce process by myself because they wouldn’t help me.
I complained and they dis nothing and took no accountability.

Filled first lot of forms out wrong waste 5 weeks, then 2nd lot of forms out some items wrong and never sent the claim form for the courts. Never use them again

All went well good service all round

Great communication is the key to a smooth service and Quickie Divorce kept me well informed of progress throughout the process and were there to help me if I needed any further information.
