I paid Quickie Divorce a £450 deposit, knowing the total cost would be £1,500.

When my circumstances changed, I explained the situation and asked for my deposit back. Instead of understanding, I was bluntly told I would receive nothing because they believe they’ve “done £450 worth of work.”

From where I stand, that “work” consisted of a few basic communications, no completed outcome, and weeks of frustration chasing answers. Calls were ignored, emails went unanswered, and when I finally did get through, the tone was curt and unhelpful.

The result? £450 gone, zero progress, and the most cold, dismissive, and unhelpful customer experience I’ve ever had.

If you value your money and your sanity, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

On 5th August 2025, I emailed Quickie Divorce requesting a full written breakdown of all actions taken in relation to my case, as I have received no documentation from them at any stage.

Specifically, I asked for:
• Dates, times, and the nature of each task carried out.
• Copies of all documents, forms, correspondence, or records created, submitted, or handled as part of that work.
• Confirmation of the total time spent on each task and the staff member responsible.

Seven days have now passed with no reply at all. This is not the first time my emails have been ignored.

If I do not receive the above information, I will escalate this matter to Trading Standards or the relevant ombudsman.

My case reference, payment details, and personal contact information are all on file with them, so there is no barrier to them providing the information I have requested.

Absolutely disgusting 400 pounds for a few pieces of paper DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will RIP YOU OFF I've tried endlessly to contact you just to be fobbed off you took my money and done nothing for me I haven't even been given a part refund your company preys on people I've got stage 4 cancer wanted to get .y affairs in order and I end up doing everything myself SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY this review will stay up so people can see the true nature of your terrible company what your reply is hard luck I've been ripped off you sent off for a marriage certificate that was extortionate price wise and where you told me to send it stopped doing divorces 2 years ago I never got the certificate back so really I'm out 432 pounds if I knew what you were like I would never of used what little service I got you should be called the terrible divorce company

it was so easy with quickie divorce as they take all the hassle out of your divorce just a quick phone call and answer a few questions and that's it and is real value for money procedure, any time you need an answer to a question message or phone and get your piece of mind quickly

Absolutely abysmal experience. I signed up but almost immediately quickie divorce disappeared and Endeavour Law took over. The same company I expect. I already had a solicitor so asked for a partial refund . After 2 weeks I received a text saying no refund.

Easy money . Give this a WIDE berth and don’t bother.

I have no reference number. I completed a form and submitted it, received a call from someone who was reading from a script and then I realised that that Quickie Divorce had mutated into a solicitor which I didn’t need as I already had one. I then instructed them to stop and because they had done some work I requested a partial refund which was refused.

Very helpful company, always answered promptly when I needed help.

My experience has been nothing but amazing. Communication was great. I was made aware of every step of my divorce process. When in doubt, all my queries were answered satisfactorily

When ever I am stress for my divorce I try to discuss that how far . So they gave me time . I chat with them in WhatsApp and they always give me time. Process getting quite late but they're service I am satisfied.
