I asked for a quote for a medium sized van for half an hour to move a two seater sofa with one flight of stairs at one end. The distance was a 7 minute drive according to Google maps and the best quote was £175 with a £150 deposit. The next was £200 and something laughable. I only went on to compair to the previous site which quoted £60. I know which I'll go for.

We were getting on so well, I booked with this company three times. The removal businesses are hardworking and professional. I gave two companies five stars. However, I would be forced to give the management one star. The quality of customer service is poor and if you make a complaint, you could find a paid up booking cancelled on you last minute out of spite as I did.

Our driver, Karan, turned up bang on time, immediately easing any anxiety we had. He was very polite, helpful and fast. We'd definitely recommend him and Quick Man and Van based on today's experience!

Rubish and disrespectful,with the customer,I had big personal issue,and I can't go ahead, with the appointment I booked , I asked them for just, change for another day.They said, I have 2 option, or lose my refund,or still with appointment.The don't have any consideration with customer, the just want the money, and leave the customer, frustrated and dissatisfied, run away from this company,useless scam company.

Moreno was very helpful with moving my things. Good communication throughout, he was on time and packed everything well. It was also easy to amend my booking to a different time.

My original driver could not come because of a puncture, Quick man and van phoned me and organised a new one for the same price within half an hour on a Saturday. Fantastic customer service, and much cheaper prices on the site than I was quoted by any removal companies. Highly recommend!

I booked a removal van for 2 hrs I paid the deposit online which was £25 I was quoted £72. This man was disgusting he had no respect for my furniture and was in a rush.
He arrived at 10.10 am on route to my new house which was 2 miles away he went missing for about 15 minutes on route. When we unloaded it was around 11.15. I asked him if we could go back and pick up a few last things he said no he had finished. I had booked for 2 hours and got just over an hour. He charged me £60 so altogether I paid £85 for an hour.
It's disgusting and rip off.

The two guys did everything for me they were exemplary I didn’t have to do anything. They were amazingly helpful I am eternally grateful in my new home. Can’t thank them enough for making it so easy. Thank you guys

Dwight got in touch directly to confirm the job details beforehand. He was punctual, kind and professional, and very hard working. He moved all my belongings down two flights of stairs, into his van and to a storage location. When we arrived, he assessed the space to ensure it was big enough, and then stacked everything neatly and efficiently. I am delighted with the service. He even gave me a ride home afterwards. He made what could have been an extremely stressful experience easy and pleasant. Five stars!

He was easily contactable before the move.
He came on time with his helper to move me from 2 bed ground floor flat to 3 bedroom 1st floor flat.
They helped me to disassemble and assemble my property and took care not to damage anything.
They were both very professional polite and took their job very seriously.
I would highly recommend and use them if needed in the future.

Rana was so lovely and would definitely recommend made us feel very at ease as first time using a removals van to transport mine and my sisters belongings. Very good with communication as he updated us when he was nearby which was very assuring as was very nervous due to any letdowns or extreme delays. Will definitely keep his name and this company in mind. Thankyou to the company overall as was able to book very quickly and was very easy to use website and book !!!! Wish we could give him the 10 stars !!!!!
