Quicknet solutions is fraud and Ghosted me
Hello Community,

I have been contacted by Quicknet solution last year and they made all false promises and made me sign a 3 year contract on my company with Ziggo, they promised me some cash back and 450 euro Bol card and some discount in monthly payment.



Then i signed a 3 years contract, now no bol.com voucher nor cash discount, i tried to call them 100 times and 100 emails no response. they just ghosted me.



When I tried to reach Ziggo they said they have no control nor they can take any action.



It feels like bothe Ziggo and Quicknet solutions are partner in crime and they just cheat and betrey customers .



How can company like Ziggo big says they dont have any control on a partner company with whom they do business , seems strangely awake and un real .



Seems Ziggo is also involved in this crime heavily , now i am trapped for another 2 years and 10 months .

Trying to sell you things without telling the full story. Stay away!

These people keep calling. At first the pretend that the call is about informing me about some changes in the network (clearly BS).
Then they start talking about some discount you are missing out on.
They couldn't tell me who my current ISP is.

They are scammers, trying to force you to a different IPS under false pretenses.

They keep on calling and are quite irritating. Finally I decided to transfer to Ziggo and this agressive company sent me an invoice for their 'services' I didn't even ask for.

Didn't pay of course and contacted Ziggo to bash them about working with those cowboys. Told them to stuff it and that the contract was illegal because of the fake information they provided.

DON'T ENGAGE IN CONVERSATION WITH THOSE PEOPLE !!!! YOU ARE LIED TO PERMANENTLY !!

I suggest to sue collectively this company for wasting and preventing us from doing our work responsibilities

I have received over 20+ calls in the past 1.5 years from this company. Informed, that not interested and they should remove me from their list
But they violate my right and ignore

What an irritating company. They dont understand the word “no” and dont have any respect towards consent.
They will keep calling you from various numbers until you switch to Ziggo. Everyone working there should be ashamed of themselves.

Total scam. They call and then no one answers

I hate the sales people of this crap hole of a company with all of my heart. They are a disease, they are the plague. They never stop, they always pester me, they lie, they deceive and THEIR INTERNET SUCKS.

They keep calling me for their agressive sales. Told them I'm not interested but then they get rude, hang up te phone and keep calling me back for 4 times up to until today.

IF YOU EXPERIENCE THE SAME, LIKE THIS REVIEW AND NOTIFY THE *ACM*. They can act against these companies if enough people file a report:

Crazy! Super pushy and ended the call with an sarcastic remark. How can this exist?

They keep calling they dont understand if you not interested someone should stop them ...

They keep calling me even after telling them I have no interest. Today they asked me why I'm not interested. Thought I'd entertain, and told them I cancelled Ziggo recently and am not planning to go back, plus I've read bad things about their company online. They called me "worse than the Facebook ladies" and angrily hung up the phone. Hopefully for the last time.

The Worst - hang up the phone.
Next to not giving the best deal, I asked them what company they were calling from, as I pretended not to have heard the first time and they just introduced themselves again as if they were from Ziggo. Should this not be prosecutable? How many people should share this experience online before serious action is taken?

SCAM!! I thought this was my own provider (Odido) calling about something I ordered, but it turned out it had nothing to do with that. I was guaranteed multiple times I wouldn't be obligated to pay anything, which was just a blatant lie. Apparently I signed a contract with them for 3 years for 54 euros a month, which I don't have as a single mom. They also told me I had 'the slowest/oldest internet of the neighbourhood', which in hindsight I cannot believe I bought. HANG UP IMMEDIATELY if these people call you and do NOT trust them.

They confused a friend of mine enough that she signed something and then when she tried to cancel the same day, she was told she couldn't. She's a young mom who's just starting her own business and they're telling her she's stuck paying €50 a month for the next three years – even though they repeatedly told her she could always cancel. That's a total of €1800 she's just lost with a single phone call. Horrible how these people prey on vulnerable folks.

Never accept them! If they even say that you are speaking with them on the phone, hang up immediately!! They told me a lie story that my current provider (KPN) will stop using the internet cable I am currently using and that they have a good deal at Ziggo now that I have my own company. It was all a lie!!! never do business with them. they are not to be trusted.

They were calling me 4 times a week... Thank god I read all of the bad reviews. Blocked the number. Typical SPAM!
