Same as everybody here: these guy are frauds and liars. They lied about what my subscription would cost for some reason. It's all very shady and I should have listened to my instincts. Fortunately you do get a subscription with a reputable provider, but in my case is will be much more expensive than they told me repeatedly.

Spam. Agressive and antisocial telemarketing.

This is a scam. They say its free and that there are a lot of complains in de street about the internet that isn't working properly. These are two lies. If you agree than you will and the contract with whatever provider you are with and go to Ziggo.

I was told that they would handle current internet provider subscription cancellation and cover cancellation cost and right after cancellation, start to new internet provider and now I have 2 subscription and they dont own their mistake.

I’ve got call today. That some cable in my area from internet is broken. And there is coming some maintenance to fix it. I said I don’t have time and even I’m not at home to open the door for maintenance, and after I while it turned out that I became klient from ziggo somehow… the guy told me contract for one year and after 3 minutes I called back I said he lied me contract is for 3 years I asked him to cancel all and that I don’t want to change my current provider the woman said that it’s not possible she was very mean and rude on the phone. I’m very frustrated about this that I fall for scammers.

They told me a bogus story and that my current Internet was going out of business and only he could help me. When I told them this was not true he just hung up.

How do you get your number out of their system.

They are scammers! They are a reseller of Ziggo/Vodafone!!! They pretend to be Ziggo/Vodafone but they are not! Call Ziggo directly and complain when they contact you. With enough complaints, Ziggo/Vodafone must do something about this!

Scam! Rude unpleasant women whi wants to sell a internet contract

Just got a call from a very unclear speaking gentleman who very cunningly tried to trick me into changing my internet provider. It all felt very much like a scam and the guy was quite unpleasant to talk to. This has been my first experience with this company, but I would not like to have any business with them.

I would rate this even less than one star if i was able to.

Since i registered at KVK (Chamber of Commerce) i'm getting calls from "Quicknet Solutions" despite having indicated i don't wish to be reached out on regarding commercial matters.

Blocking their number(s) isn't going to help since they have been calling me for the last 1 or 2 years on different numbers every time (even mobile phone numbers if i'm not mistaken).

They lie about anything just to get you aboard on something they offer. They even tried to appear as someone from Ziggo just to notify me about "maintenance" on cable near my home location (which was incorrect). This was after i said i wasn't interested in any telemarketing and i have fiber from another provider so it wouldn't impact me. After all, they still tried to get me over to something they offered as we were "on the line already".

Another situation where they mentioned i was still on an old connection (ADSL). I've never ever had ADSL before. Afterwards they told me that, at "my location", they've just introduced fiber and that i should switch over to Ziggo (which is cable, as far as i know). Not just my current residence but all my previous ones all had fiber optic, so regardless of the info they might have, they are clearly lying about the aforementioned (Which is obvious).

Anyone calling you from Quicknet seems anything but friendly. If you're clear about not being interested, the person will annoyingly hang you up, not even finishing their sentence. And i'm clearly not the only one.

I've clearly stated not being interested, that i will -never- agree on an offer done by a telemarketer without doing research myself and that i wish to not be called anymore by them. Of course this is blatantly being ignored as they keep calling with different numbers.

I'm not even sure if it's the real Quicknet solutions or not but i know this has to stop. It's annoying and seeing other people's experience throughout the internet (not just trustpilot), they also seem to scam and lie with their service and/or products.

Ziggo, if you're reading this.. man the eff up and do something about this already!

Brenda Westerbos, if you are the one reading this (if that's even your real name); Don't bother replying to this. I would rather want you to act accordingly and stop bothering and scamming people.

Pathological liars.
The one star reviews before me are accurate.
They lie about most of the stuff, and they target small entrepreneurs as those are less protected than private consumers. I called Ziggo informed them about the situation, they try to disassociate themselves. But if you work with scammers, your image will suffer.
I wonder if I will win the 250 Euro they offer the chance to win for leaving a review.

I was told the contrCt was for one year , as soon the call is over I received the contract and it says 3years I called back and they say I can’t cancel it even though the callback was 20min later .

No he from the support and they make everything to keep you lock. Please don’t press any link because as soon as you do it you have contract and they hold as much as they can 14 days so you receive the equipments and have no time to cancel..

I had a fiber optic subscription with ODIDO (took long time for installation). I received a call from Quick Net Solutions with a "fiber optic" offer. However, after installing the "ADSL" at my place, I contacted Ziggo, and it seems they are fine with their partner (Quick Net Solutions) scamming people. Already reaching out to Consumer Protection Office!

Typical telemarketers.

Guy on phone said the company 'made a mistake' which will result in lower prices for us. Obviously fake. He also told me another employee arranged our internet switch years ago (to sound trusted). Firstly, i've never heard of this company and second: i arrange all our internet related business ourselves, so that is a lie. Good luck bozo's!

I was called for the FOURTH TIME !!!! THIS WEEK.
They have been harassing me for a year. Super unprofessional of you to degrade and making up lies about my current provider last year and then me TELLING YOU TO TAKE MY INFORMATION OUT OF THE SYSTEM BECAUSE I HAVE NO INTEREST. Please don’t fall for their crap. Once you have a conversation they are going to call you non stop. Blocked them so many times. Im starting to get furious on the phone when I think they are calling me.

Scammers, don’t go into business with these people. They are lying through their teeth. Told me I had stuff I’ve never had or have ever requested.

These are the type of people that deem themselves important enough to call you on your cel just to sell their joke of a service. I have told you to get my number of your system multiple times now. Stop calling me.

Called me out of the blue, didn't ask for it. So spam caller

Scamers was agreed to get the internet with one price than they called me back in couple days and sad its some issue and the price was different and becouse I was agreed to the first price I canceled my old internet provider. But when they called second time the price was way higher than before and I didint agreed. So now I need to search again for the internet becouse the old i canceled and was thinking thei give good service but it's not... and now I am without internet provider becouse of them lying....
