HORRIBLE experience for jobseekers
I found 2 jobs I was interested in during last weekend.
I filled in all the boxes, pressed 'submit', no change on the page, no confirmation that my application went through, no email confirmation neither. This is really a bad and misfunctional design.
As far as I got my 'help' email message ignored for 3 days, I called them to enquire (around 1430hrs, 27/11/2024).
The man who answered the phone, had an attitude unsuitable for any customer help job.
He wouldn't let me finish my sentence, nor he'd try to understand what my issue was.
He just didn't care about helping me out, nor to do his job properly.
Instead, he kept increasing the level of his voice (and my blood pressure) in order to cover me and when I attempted to express my dismay and dislikeness about how he handled my enquiry, he was rushing to hang up, asking "are you OK for us to keep your details?"
Of course I asked him to delete my details and then, he "greeted me" sarcastically, shouting at me "Byyyyeeee" and hanged up on me.
If I was his employer, I would not want to commit the NI and basic wage increase to someone like this, who's only good in giving a bad rreputation to the company.
I am going to delete my account and never go anywhere near this agency again.
