Firstly, it's unprofessional to refer to my review context- how do you know that these weren't resolved with the business? Which places further evidence of deflection on your part.

I am posting on the behalf of my partner, who is vulnerable to exploitation by companies as he has autism, ADHD and dyspraxia. My partner spoke to two recruitment agencies before one weekend, both ladies were called 'Amanda' he forgot to add the names to his phone and got confused as to he had agreed the job with. He became agitated and dysregulated over the weekend, with a shortage of ADHD medication this exacerbated the situation. I told him not to worry and to just make sure he turned up to one of the jobs. Monday morning 3 March he received an email from 'Amanda' at your company stating 'Unfortunately as a duty of care I will have to contact your next of kin'. I was away getting treated privately in Milton Keynes for chronic Lyme disease, babesia and bartonella infections. With his slow processing, he saw this and panicked and thought something had happened to me and went into melt down. How professional is a text like this to a vulnerable individual? He then received further threats saying he was 'blacklisted' and 'wouldn't ever be used again for work from this company and they also would let their clients know' - this defamation of character which is intended to cause harm disturbs me greatly. As you and now aware, I am very ill and my partner is under huge amounts of social, economic and psychological stress. To be treated in such a manner is of detriment to both of us. My name is spelt 'Madeleine' at least have the respect to spell it correctly when you reply!

I've been with quite a few agencies over the years and RE is easily the best IMO. To start with Ash got me a great entry level job in a career path I wanted to enter based on a rumour I heard there was an opening at a company I wanted to work for. The rumour was false but he got me a job at another site for the same company anyway. I can honestly say his effort there measurably altered the course of my life. (for the better!) As for the rest of the agency I have no complaints. Admin works 100%, pay and payslips come through without any problems. I left RE to take a more permanent position but I stayed with them for 13 months.

Steve the manager that was finding my placement was friendly and sorted everything out for me and made it so easy to register I can not thank him enough in finding my temp to permanent position the staff are friendly and nothing is to much trouble.

Started to work with Recruit Easy back in 2021 when I hadn't long passed my test for 360 Excavator, Katy was the first person I initially spoke with and she sorted me work on site straight away without fail. Since then she managed to always keep me in work even when it wasn’t the busiest on sites. Ash then took over from Katy in terms of my work load and again has always managed to keep me in work on site. Always been great to speak and deal with and hasn’t always been accommodating to me. After working for these guys for quite some time now Ash has secured me a full time position with a company I’ve been wanting to work with, I would have never got the opportunity to do this if it wasn’t for working for recruit easy in the first place and building up my experience on site as a machine operator, super grateful to Ash and Katy and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get into site work or even just starting out like I was.

Deal with Steve 99% of the time and can honestly say the Bloke goes above and beyond.

Can't recommend recruiteasy enough, as soon as I'd registered I was in work on a long term site. Excellent communication with quick and effective results. My point of contact with the agency is through Chantelle who I've found to be extremely helpful and efficient at dealing with any issues or concerns that have arisen no matter the size in a professional and speedy manner. I can't thank her enough for guiding me through the transition from PAYE to self employment, her knowledge made it a very easy and straightforward task.
