Quicktronix is a SCAM!!!
I ordered a vacuumcleaner on April 30th, paid via IDeal. Until today (June 19th) I did not receive my package. Although I was contacted by Post NL that there is a suspicious package on my name waiting in customs for me to admit it. I reached out to Quicktronix.nl support, asking them to sort it out with customs since I was not aware that their products come from China and that I am expected to pay additional fees. I refused to pay additional fees for the package since I have already paid additional fees (!!!) for fast delivery and T&C code. Quicktronix assured they will take care of it and I have not heard from them ever since. Quicktronix also blamed everything on COVID.. (great excuse for stealing money, isn't it??) On their website package status sayis it was delivered to my home address which is incorrect! T&C code is unable to give package location - last known was at the Dutch Customs. They are not responding to my emails, I am unable to contact them, I am unable to get my money back. This website is a scam, offering suspicious Chineese products - I strongly advice to avoid paying for any of their products at any cost!
