I recently qualified as a DEA & Retrofit Assessor, and after some research into the accreditation schemes, I decided Quidos was the way to go !

Definitely feel I made the right choice, staff have been incredibly helpful and professional to say the least, Beatrice, Isabel & Billy 10/10 "BRILLIANT".

The system is well thought out,logical and user friendly. If your looking for a scheme to register with, I would highly recommended this company 100%. great experience so far !

I recently had to undergo training to become a qualified DEA. Quidos sent out a very knowledgeable and friendly member of staff to train myself and 3 other colleagues. It was a 3-day course that explained how to produce an effective EPC for any property. I learnt a lot and the instructor was fantastic. If you are thinking about becoming a DEA, I would highly recommend Quidos!

I have recently started using Quidos for NDEPC lodgements. Their technical support team are easy to contact, efficient and helpful.
The training team are excellent too giving lots of useful advice.

Been with Quidos for a year now and spoke to Lorna today who was very helpful in the support providing ample information and help. Could not be more thankful.
I weekly call for support and speak to Arnie, Shay and Nick. Can not thank all three of them enough for all the help and support they provide me with.

I have been working with Quidos since obtaining my DEA/RA qualification last year, which I also completed through their training. Throughout this time, I received positive feedback and professional support from the team at Quidos.

Most recently, I was instructed to carry out an Energy Performance Certificate assessment on a property that presented certain issues prior to my inspection. I conducted the assessment thoroughly and received comprehensive guidance from Quidos to ensure the report met the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Just finished my DEA course with Quidos. The on-line course was a really positive experience, the communication and support from Lorna was professional both before, after the course. Feedback from assessors was fair, and timely.

The EPC surveyor had an unbelievably awful bereavement the day after inspecting my house with me. His email is down and I do not want to call him again. I told Quidos and offered to send them photos, plans and any evidence of the insulation I installed so they could complete an EPC. I trained as a Quantity surveyor years ago and was taught to work out u values so I am competent. They flatly refused and offered to give me the details of another assessor.

I have undertaken training with Quidos. It was a DEA course conducted online with other participants. The trainer, Hasan Arif, was excellent and engaging with all of us. Very knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. It was better than expected. I highly recommend Quidos. Thanks Hasan.

Following the move from our former accreditation body, we have found Quidos to be a very good company to work with making the transition as smooth as possible. There were some initial hiccups with a confusion over CPD requirement dates that have since been ironed out. It has been refreshing to receive a straight answer to our technical queries in a timely manner the majority of the time. Quidos have been transparent when they have had capacity issues, resulting in slightly longer response times, though these are still a fraction of the wait time we were experiencing before joining them. As a national EPC provider we produce a large number of lodged reports and now have the reassurance that Quidos is sufficiently auditing our work so that we can ensure we maintain the highest standard of work we always aim for. Our accounts manager at Quidos visited us for a couple of productive catch ups, though they have since left. During the period between this and their replacement we have felt very supported by Billy. We use Quidos for TM44, SBEM, RdSAP and DEC lodgements.

The service is five stars, as always. The training team is exceptional, and the accreditation team is really helpful and outstanding in every aspect.

I had no experience, didn't know anything!!It took me over a month to complete the course and get my qualifications!!I have had serious health conditions,Quidos really helped me through it, helped me in every aspect!were very kind and understanding in regards to my condition.Whenever I called or emailed!
They responded with care, due and attention!!
I am not tech savy, you guys were really patient with me.. I would recommend to all!!

Fast, Simple and Efficient company to join and become Accredited. I recently applied for DEA accreditation with Quidos and the on-boarding process and communication has been exemplary. Nick in the Accreditations team has been extremely helpful and informative. I look forward to working with Quidos with my business going forward.

I was accredited with Northgate until it was sold to Elmhurst and briefly accredited with Elmhurst to which I didn't enjoy at all. I've been with Quidos now for over 8 years and have had a great experience and found the iQ-Energy software a perfect tool for completing my EPC surveys. The supporting evidence upload process has become simple and more user friendly which saves time.
The technical support has been great, when needed, and all of the team I have dealt with have been helpful, informative and friendly. Billy, Shay, Arnold and Catherine have been great over the years and I will continue to stick with Quidos as long as I lodge EPCs.
