I bought 14 puzzles. I love them, yes they are a little smaller than the description but who cares I got 14 wooden puzzles for less than $100. Also according to their shipping schedule I should have received them in 10-14 business days I got them in 9. Not everything is a scam.

This company sucks…
I ordered a couple of puzzles on 7-15-24. If company is in Colorado, why does it have to go to Compton, ca, then China, then all the way back to Compton. It is now 7-21-24. Good thing they are going out of business because they suck. If they stuck around, I would never buy from them again. I'm stuck because sales are final, or else I would have requested my money back.

Quordle definitely fun to play buy I do have a complaint and if it doesnt change i will find another game. When the word rhymes with three plus other words and you usually have all but the first letters it's just a guessing game that wipes out your stats! There is no skill involved and its not fun.

The box of a personalised jigsaw arrived squashed. Unfortunately, the company refused to take responsibility and blamed transport. Yet, it was their responsibility to package it appropriately.
They offered 20% off as a good will gesture, which is an insult as the jigsaw was meant to be a special present and I can’t give it anymore. I wouldn’t recommend them. There are other brands doing similar jigsaws with better customer service. Very disappointing.

Appalling! Do not order they are a factory in china taking orders after the fact that they are lying about family biz closing. Dreadful quality! Teeny tiny puzzles! Wish i could post a photo of their “ large” puzzle box which is the size of a drink coaster! Stay clear! You are welcome!

Useless Return Policy
No problem with the product itself. Somehow my order got doubled and I wanted return the duplicated order.
Company states it will accept return for refund within 30 days. My puzzles were mailed to me from a Southern California USA address. What Quordle doesn't tell you is that product to be returned must be mailed to an address in China, and the cost of mailing could exceed the price of the puzzle. This makes Quordle's policy of return useless in real life.
Very deceptive.

I ordered the small puzzles
I ordered the small puzzles, all on sale. The approximate size of the puzzles for a small is 10 in. X 10 in. The first one I did was only 7 in by 7 in. So I emailed the company and they said they are approximate sizes and are sorry that I am not happy with my purchase. Asked them for a return label and haven't heard a response back. The second puzzle I did because I ordered five turns out to be 5 and 1/2 in square. Again I emailed them. I've heard nothing back. Approximate size I said would be maybe a half inch or inch off, not three inches and definitely not 4 inches off. Still no comments back. Don't expect much. They finally responded. I can return the puzzles, but I have to pay for shipping, even tho their description is such BS.
I received an email from Trust Pilot that Quordles wanted more info. I have 3 days to respond or Quordles could not recognize my review as genuine.
I don't have a way to add pictures. This doesn't let me attach any. So here are the measurements of the six puzzles I ordered. None of which are 10x10 or even close.
Bird puzzle- 5 3/4 in by 5 3/4 in
Fish puzzle- 5 1/2 in. X 6 1/2 in
Turtle puzzle- 7 1/2 in. X 8 1/2 in
Dinosaur puzzle- 8 1/2 in. X 6 in
Elephant puzzle- 7 1/2 in by 7 in
Butterfly puzzle- 6 in. X 7 in
Again, when I emailed what I got back was that the 10 in X 10 in was an estimate. It's not even close.

The package should have been sent on the 24th of June and delivery time was 1st-4th of July. It is still in China... who knows when or if I receive it. It is a huge lie saying the magazine is in Poland instead of China. Moreover it is a pure scam with the sentence: "we are closing". The are just cowards as they are deleting all negative comments in their posts on Facebook. It is not possible to warn potential customers....

We got the Owl shown on their ads.
The puzzle was superb, well enough built, although you'd want to be careful with the many curly bits as brute force could break them. Delivery was astonishingly prompt - about a week I think. From Hong Kong I think.
We got the A4 size and it's about right. People complaining about size may perhaps not have noted that there are 3 sizes.

Low quality and incessant spam
Order and delivery went fast, but it was only downhill from there. The puzzle pieces and boxes are of low quality. Without consenting, you are signed up to a newsletter which delivers incessant spam once per week to your inbox. No response from the service to unsubscribe. The "We are closing" news is a scam as well. Avoid this brand!

They don’t have a closing down sale, don’t fall for it. The discounts look great but the puzzles are tiny (I had ordered 10 puzzles and they all fit in an A4 delivery satchel). Don’t waste your money!

I should have checked here before purchasing. I was a little suspicious when I received their ad. I didn't want to have to deal with China. Temu's unreliable delivery has turned me off for China. These guys website shows an address on the East coast so I went for it. As others have said, the "going out of biz" is misleading, for which I've reported their ad and the only items with low prices are the coaster sized 6"puzzles. I received an email with an order number which could not be tracked from their site - continuously not being found.
So, I just sat tight and received my order today - 10 days delivery which I guess is speedy coming from China. I only opened one box of the 3 I ordered (ordered 3 to avoid the $9 shipping charge) as the other 2 are a gift. I can't report yet if all the pieces are there. The boxes are wrapped in film; the pieces inside are in an orange net ribboned bag. Nice. However, I thought the reverse side of the pieces had line drawings of animals on them? The one I opened does not. I'm giving them 3 stars at this point because the items look nice - so far.

Save your money
I had three puzzles delivered. First one I opened had a couple of pieces broken as the wood they are made of is very thin and flimsy. I opened the other two and a few of the pieces had to be very carefully cut apart. The company advertises as closing down. Looks like this has been going on for a while. I think this is just an excuse to get people to buy their products. Won't be buying anymore.
