My first few puzzle purchases were spot on and made me want to purchase more. However, my last two orders have been lacking…in two cases lacking the usually enclosed picture of the puzzle. This picture was slightly more accurate than the photo on the box. One of my puzzles, the small version of the cat in the bookshelf, was missing 4-5 pieces (it’s hard to tell exactly because of how the pieces are cut). I’m done purchasing from QuordlePuzzles

No stars. Never purchase from them. Misleading cheats and conduct themselves unlawfully. They give no option to unsubscribe and ignore your emails.

QuordlePuzzles is a company based out of Hong Kong. Thank goodness I used Amex to pay for my puzzles. They still haven’t arrived at their destination. I have sent delivery company called UniUni several detailed instructions and there is even a mobile number on the package. But somehow they can’t get it right. I would avoid them at all costs.

I sent them the coordinates on GPS. We sent photos of the house. Sent a map screen shoot from Google maps. And the package had my friends cell phone number on it. Package never arrived. Numerous emails between them, their shipping company, my friend and I. Nothing seemed to work. They are a disaster to deal with. DUMB AS ROCKS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Misleading in several ways. You can only post a review if you rate with 5 stars (it's a default and can't be changed from 5 stars). The quality of the pieces appear nice on first glance, but the site is misleading. Please be aware that these puzzles are very tiny and the two of the "Large" sizes came in boxes that are 5.1 inches by 5.75 inches; the third Large (Noah's ark) came in a box that is 6x7inches. The Noah's Ark was supposedly $110 dollars regularly and was 85% off (only $27) because "store is closing". That should have tipped me off.

Scam.
I placed an order for 3 puzzles was sent an email with order number said that tracking #would be sent and never got it.Emailed them a message comes back couldn't be sent. I sent them a photo of what was sent to me now no answers back.

This is a scam. The puzzles I received were absolutely tiny and not worth their ‘closing down sale price’ let alone the original price. Beware.

great puzzles. Challenging to do and well constructed. I ordered a few more after having completed one. The closing down strategy may be a scam but the product is still fun.

I ordered 5 puzzles and received exactly what I ordered in a short time. The puzzles are a challenge, require concentration and are a worthwhile way to spend some time. I recommend them.

Their customer service dept does not understand customer service. I wanted to return two puzzles and they gave me an address in China

They claimed they were going out of business, which was a scam. They have no plans to go out of business.

Pretending to close for months and months. Very dodgy

Marketing them on the basis of the company shutting down is, in my opinion, a scam. Disingenuous and disappointing.
Update - their reply to me is disingenuous. Their marketing clearly claimed that the business was closing down. To claim anything else is simply wrong. I also got a note from Trustpilot saying Quordlepuzzles wanted more information from me to help them deal with my review (order number, phone number etc). If I didn’t provide the details my original review would be taken down. I guess quordlepuzzles do this because most people will ignore the request and the review is removed. That way they can carry on scamming customers.

I purchased 5 puzzles, 2 large, 2 medium one (on sale) small. what I received was 1 large, with the correct number of pieces for a large, 1 medium sized and #ed, in a "Large" box, and 3 small, labelled as such. The puzzles were well constructed, though one of the small ones should have been labelled extra small (the pieces were tiny!) what got my dander up was that I politely contacted their customer service, sent photos as asked, and was told that the puzzle sizes and number of pieces varied--in other words, tough luck. I feel ripped off.

I ordered several puzzles from Quordle. They arrived promptly and they were great! I love the unusual way they are cut, the fact that they are made of wood, the colors and the creatures! They are challenging ( I am not usually a puzzle person) but they are so unique I started one as soon as I opened it!
I gave a few as gifts and all loved their puzzle!

I have found the customer service given by Quordle Puzzles to be exceptional. They were helpful at every stage of my purchase. I highly recommend them

I love doing puzzles and these were no exception. Small and oddly shaped, very colourful and good quality.

Made an order today and noticed that they are announcing their closing and special offers for months already … I feel like I made a really bad deal here :/ now I’m curious about the products condition …

EDIT: I cancelled the order because I cannot in good conscience support such a marketing strategy.

I gave this as a gift. They were excited to receive it. I also sent a puzzle to another friend who said they would check out your web. They were also impressed with the gift. Thank you. Sorry you will be going out of business.

I bought 2 jigsaw puzzles from them and both arrived safely and in a timely manner. The pieces are really interesting shapes and some are recognisable animals (with markings on the back) which are cute. I really enjoyed the puzzles and the finished version was so pretty that I'm tempted to frame it. However, beware of quordle puzzle's "closing down" claim as it is totally false and the deals are not as good as they originally look - these puzzles are not cheap or discounted. Having said that, the jigsaw quality is excellent and worth it.

They are not closing it is a scam and every Christmas they start advertising this false information about closing to gain sales. I received one of my puzzles with a piece missing and after 3 months I still have not had this resolved!!! Very unhappy. They also use various other business names!! Like Elon puzzles, crafthub, puzzlebazaar, puzzleup...for example

They are now offering me a $4.00 credit!!! ☹️ 😠

I love the puzzles, the only thing I would change would be to receive a larger picture of the puzzle to go by. The one you get that is on the box is very small and hard to see.
