Website quick and easy to use. Several weeks' notice before renewal date due.

Been with QM a number of years now and any queries have always been politely and promptly attended to by Paul.
Premium is good vfm, but would like to see more items covered when lodge is unoccupied. As we all know, a claim proves the ability of an insurance company; hopefully I'll never find out! TY Paul.

I could store the quote if I wanted to but I went ahead straight away so I could then let other parties know in advance that the cover was being renewed.

I have been using Quote Monkey for almost 5 years and the latest price rise of nearly 20% makes them less competitive to other storage insurance providers. Will not be using them when my next premium is due in 3 months.

Quite easy to input your info and to receive quite. Easier to pay once quotation accepted.

This all very quick to arrange ad is very competitivly priced.

The website doesn't work. You try to obtain a quote and click SUBMIT but nothing happens.

Then tried using the CONTACT US web portal but same problem.

No phone number or email address found for QM on the web, so they are totally uncontactable.

I needed to insure our garage buildings and was struggling to find anyone who would cover the building as it is not at the home address. Several questions about the situation were answered and made the application easy to fill in.
The only negative was that it took a long time to get answers back from questions sometimes.

Excellent service, quick, smooth, easy and good price. And the storage unit I chose wasn’t listed so they checked it out and listed it and let me know very quickly.

Renewal cover all very smoothly put in place. A very easy to navigate site.

Taking out the policy and renewing it was simple and efficient. have not had the need to contact them or claim...so ...so far so good!

The process of taking out the policy was easy enough.

Trying to contact anyone is impossible. The link they sent to renew does not work. The contact form goes unanswered. The website so buggy cannot make a new quote. It may be cheap but I cannot imagine how hard it would be to make a claim.
