Quote Monkey had been recommended and I have always received a prompt and courteous reply to my e-mails.
However, for a product that is only available online, the algorithmic software should be refined. When I initially attempted to pay, the insurance premium field would accept neither currency symbols nor hyphens; my £34-55 premium was showing as £3455 by the time we reached payment.
If this issue were to be resolved, the service would warrant 5 stars.

Very good cover and price. Had a few problems trying to pay but that was paying via Paypal and problem lay with Paypal but the customer services at Quote Monkey were very helpful and efficient and came straight back to me to help.

I have contacted Quotemonkey to clarify if electrical installation is covered. Received a prompt response to say it is covered.
It is important to note that all documents have to be saved or downloaded and printed. There appears to be no method of requesting documents to be sent in the post. This is the only insurer I have found, after extensive research, that will cover a stand alone garage.
