Rebecca at Quotient is a perfect Customer Champion. She always replies, and getting a response from a person who understands what you are asking and doesn't point you to faq is unusual and exceptional. Only one other organisation I deal with has a similar person. This is one app I would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone needing a quoting system.

Quotient is a powerful and unique platform for businesses, offering numerous valuable features. Every business should try the platform out at least once!

I have been using Quotient for many years now without any problems. When I do have a question, quick response time. I am writing this review today as I am loving the new option to split the invoice when a customer accepts their quote depending on what deposit I require. I had to manually do this until now, this new feature takes the stress out of doing multiple invoices and making sure the balanced. Its now all done automatic with a touch of a button.

Having been using Quotient since 2013 (!) I can honestly say that the solution has made a big difference for our business.
Quotient is easy to use, integrates with many other platforms (CRM, Accounting etc) and the team continuously injects more features and functionality.
Very highly recommended!

Setting up quotient and the quote templates was easier than i expected, and the assistance and advice i got form the support team was really great.

The sales team are finding it really easy to use, and the quotes we send out are now both attractive and professional.

Great product, works well for interior designer business.
Only downside is pricing, they don't have any small business option for a company that does a job or two a month, and it works out expensive with current pricing model.

Love this app, have put about 2000 quotes through it and have watched my conversion rates climb.

Noticed in the new update something had changed which made accepting/declining quotes on behalf of customers a much slower process.

Flagged it to the Quotient team and they were quick to discuss with me and within a couple weeks had solved the problem. Great service.
