Having needed a solution that can provide clients and future clients with a proposal that looks great, is easy to use, links with my accounts software and give me reports... Quotient couldn't be a better solution!! it's super easy, sleek and does it all. couldn't be happier with it.

Absolutely LOVE this product. It is so easy to use, and it generates the most professional looking quotes of any system I have ever used in my lifetime. The vendors are constantly adding fantastic new features, and it has never failed to wow the clients we quote using this product. Quotient support is second to none. I would be lost without access to this product and cannot wait to see what other dynamic products this team might deploy! I signed up to this app years ago and gave up on it for some reason. I've started using it again and it is hands down the best app going for quotes.
the fact customer can have the option to edit or select options it fab, there is just so much potential what you can do with the quotes. you can also ask them if they want this or this product, you can ask them questions on the quote, they have API integration so if a quote gets accepted you can begin a process, when its declined they have to provide a reason, constant updates when a quote is viewed, when accepted it creates a draft invoice.

nice addon for Xero, converts quote to invoice. nice to use.

I have been looking for a detailed quoting system which is interactive, professional, clean, with flexible. This is it! But what made it easier for us to make the decision to use Quotient is the Customer Service! 5 stars is not enough. They helped us with the set up, they are extremely quick to respond, and really kind.

Their new e-sing which is included in the package, no need for an additional app!

This software is awesome. So many customizable templates to use for all sorts of business'. Very simple to use and set up. I have looked at other programs and they just don't cut it.

We have been using the Quotient product for over 5 years and it just keeps getting better and better. The UI is very easy to use and it produces clean modern quotes. Highly recommend the product and we shall be using it for a long time to come.

We have a very visual business.
The ability to add photos and even make them as a service item si GREAT. Last year we were looking for a CRM that could do this and found none.
We did get a CRM but always use quotient to show and present our proposals. Since we built out our part or service items each with beautiful photos our Proposal looks so professional and we can do it on the spot. One-stop close :-)

Best quote app ever! Never want to use anything else

Our team have loved using Quotient. We are a Marketing & Design agency and it has certainly helped us to streamline our process.

It helps us keep track of quotes that are outstanding and you can see when your potential customer/client looks at the quote.

It also has questions & answers inside the quote, so everything about the quote can be done in one place - no more looking for multiple different emails!

The fact it can be styled to suit your brand with your colours and logo is also a huge bonus. You can also have items as optional and as subscription based (i.e. XX over 12 months) - so it helps to up-sell services and to be transparent about costs over longer periods that aren't just one off jobs.
