SCAM! I've been using their services for over two years and at some point they started asking for weird information about the origin of my coins. Time passed and last Friday I sent 0.25 bitcoin to my Quppy Wallet to exchange it to EUR. I do not receive the Fiat money over 2 hours and I have contacted the customer support via Email. They tell me that their risk management system will detect my exchange as highly risk and they can't process it. I know that is their right and I respect it, but when I asked when they will send my coins back to me they told me that "As Soon As Possible" and our communication stopped at this point. If they don't send me back my coins in the next week I will contact a law firm to find a legal solution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST! STAY AWAY!

Registered with Quppy since May 2021, since I never used it. 2 days ago, I logged in and transferred 150 GBP from my personal account. When I wanted to exchange, they blocked my account. Then sent me an email asking for a video call with them. I had recently an accident and I'm not available for a such call. I requested them to simply refund my money and close my account with them. They simply ignored this request. I will contact their supplier to inform them about the scam ongoing. I'm not forced to make a call with them and they have absolutely no right to keep my money with them. Since I'm not able to receive the service, I cancelled my contract with you and you are obligated by law to refund my money. I will contact any competent authority to complain, and I will inform Google Play and Apple Store that you scam customers to take down this service.

I'm ready to remove my review if you refund my money on my bank account! I'm asking you to review ASAP the § 45 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I will wait 48hrs max for my refund and I will contact the financial authorities.

It is by far the easiest wallet to integrate in your online store. And I have tried a fair bit of others already - nothing even comes close.
