HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I haven't been able to use the products yet because my order never reached me. When I received the very large package that was supposed to have thr red light hair cap, face device, neck device, the shower head and filters, along with some microfusion treatments; the package had been damaged and most of the contents of the box were missing. I promptly contacted customer service with photos and am still waiting to even speak to a real person. I contacted them on March 17, and have yet to had any resolution. I have made several attempts to contact them via email, live chat option, and phone calls, they have yet to resolve the issue. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to using their products. I hope this helps anyone considering buying their products. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Good product, poor customer service
3/31/26 Update:
Even though the reply from Qure below states they will send me a new tip, I am still getting emails asking for videos. No new tip, just constant emails…THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP ON THEIR PROMISES! Buyer beware.
The product is decent, but customer service is atrocious.
I purchased a six-month supply of their micro-infusion system. Had a couple of issues with the infusion tips, so reached out to Qure to see if they could help.
There were little plastic pieces that would fall out of the tips prior to screwing them onto the bottle, and one top didn’t screw on evenly (I’ve tried it on a couple of bottles). They asked for pictures of the kit, the bottles and tops. I supplied this immediately. A week later, they responded that the tips are extra pieces that shouldn’t be used (why are they in there then?!?). They never addressed the tip that wouldn’t screw on to the bottles. So, I wrote back. Now they want a video. I really don’t have time for this craziness, I just asked for a new tip, not a refund or discount.
Top notch customer service is important to me. This is something the Qure team is lacking.

I ordered this product several weeks…
I ordered this product several weeks ago. Still waiting, I contacted them last week and they told me I would receive an email update last Monday because they were low on stock. I never received a follow up email and they should have been transparent when I ordered it that it was low in stock. So far horrible experience!

Fast results, and very economical
I have only done a few treatments, but I already see results. My skin feels super soft too. I am working on old acne scars and rosacea as well as lines and wrinkles. Everything looks better. I have had skin pen treatments in the past, with very similar results. But the skin pen is super expensive in comparison. I'm very happy with this micro infusion!
Great experience
I have been using my microneedling system and LED face mask for a couple of weeks. I think it may be too soon to see the results but I have noticed a healthy glow. More importantly, whenever I have had a question or concern, I have received a thorough and considerate response. This says a great deal about the quality of the company and by extension their products. I am very pleased thus far.

Customer support is nonexistent.
I purchased this device and it came charged as they state is the case. However, after a week when it needed recharging, it does not charge. I emailed support and they requested a video demonstrating the problem. I have tried various chargers, various outlets. All outlets and charging cables charge other devices, but not the mask. No one has gotten back to me about the video and all other emails asking for help have gone unanswered. Don’t waste your money.

I struggled to open my first needle cap…
I struggled to open my first needle cap device, took a good deal of effort. Then two weeks later, time for my second treatment I could not open the second cap! So my husband gave it a go and he couldn't either (even tried pliers!) So I contacted customer service and told them all about my experience. I figured they would just think we were a bunch of weaklings but on the contrary they were extremely attentive, concerned and ready to make things right. After a few communications they did make things right. I wasn't sure if I had been talking to "AI", but then was assured by the rep that she was indeed a real person. I couldn't be more satisfied with their responsiveness. So now I'm ready to start my treatments, just hoping I respond to those as well as customer service responded to me!!

I ordered on March 4, 2026. Still have not received my product or follow-up to 5 emails I have sent them. They have no problem sending me promotional emails to buy more product. 5-7 days delivery was written for it to arrive. I've sent this to the fraud department of my credit card.

I am 57 years old and I've been using Qure microneedling for 6 months and the difference in my skin is amazing. Just the other day my younger cousin asked me what skin care i'm using because she doesn't see any wrinkles. Customer service is also very accommodating.

Ordered the Qure microneedling system…
Ordered the Qure microneedling system on March 6th. Credit Card was charged on March 6th. Today is March 18th - still no product. No communication - such as, "sorry there has been a delay in transport." All I can see is that it's in Hong Kong still. The web site says deliver in 5 - 7 days in the US. Not sure whether to dispute this charge with my credit card or give it more time.

Shady and deceptive company
If you're buying the Micro Infusion kit, I wouldn't trust them. They don't honestly state their true return policy anywhere on the website and they wait until you don't have good results and want to return the product to spring on you the ridiculous steps you should've taken to be eligible for the return. Totally dishonest. What's worse is, THEY decide if it actually worked or not by looking at lots of photos you "should've" taken. It's not you who decides, it's them. So essentially, their return policy is a sham. I recommend everyone doing a chargeback on your credit cards. Better yet, don't even purchase from them. If they are dishonest in their business practices, it's quite likely they are dishonest with what's actually inside their products. You've been warned.

Loved the results after 3 mos but…
I actually loved the results I received from the first 3-months of treatment but when I reordered I realized this product is manufactured in China. I try to avoid anything manufactured in China because of poor workers/human rights issues and animal cruelty violations. I won’t be ordering again. I hope someone can manufacture a product like this outside of China.

She provided various options, including a very quick and simple cancellation. I am very much looking forward to trying this product in the future.

Bait and switch false advertising
I purchased on 3/4. Their website says 3-6 business days shipping for the US. Their customer support says they’re out of product and are drop shipping from china. I don’t want the product 2 months from now so I asked to cancel. They shouldn’t be over promoting this product if they have no stock.
