Trusting the process
Trusting the process! I’ve done 2 applications- 1) wrinkles,2) dark spots. Moderate sensations, not really painful and keeping my eye on the prize of 6months of treatments. I’m super excited about taking control of my skin and improving my overall appearance.
Egregiously poor customer service--untrustworthy
Customer service is basically nonexistent, to the point where this company actually seems like it's a scam. The mask I received did not come fully charged, as they claimed it would, and it would not charge. I followed all of their troubleshooting information, sent a video to customer service and NEVER heard back. So I scheduled a consultation... Crickets at the time of the scheduled call. So, I called them and spoke with a rep who confirmed they had the video and that they would look it over and get back to me within 24-48.... CRICKETS. I had to call again a week later to get an update and they still had done nothing with the video. At this point, I've requested a return/refund instead of an exchange because there is NO evidence that supports this product works or that the company intends to fulfill any kind of customer service obligation.
I have literally never experienced customer service this poor... and I say that because they clearly don't even try to support customers. Their systems are bogus. Their follow-up and follow through is nonexistent.
Qure as a company is a sham and scam. Full stop.

Tricky discount feature but we remain friends.
I reached out to the company once I realized I had missed a discount opportunity in the checkout process. Through several emails over the course of several days, we ironed out what happened and although it was too late for me to get the discount at that point, they offered it to me at my next purchase at all times. They did say they would take note of my comment about the discount tag being easy to miss as feedback. This is a nice pacifying statement but I do hope they take a look at it. I also recognize I bear some responsibility as a user . They were friendly, responsive, empathetic and as helpful as the situation allowed them to be. This resulted in me having no hard feelings with the company and I'm looking forward to getting the product and trying it out.

I was referred to this company by friends and family who love it. The customer service is amazing. My product was slightly delayed due to being out of stock, and I was promptly answered and reassured regarding my order. Only a few short days after my order was delayed, I received an email that it was shipped and my Qure order was delivered the next day! I just began using the product, the micro infusion system, but I love it! The silky smooth feel of the serum, and the quality of the infusion system both make me feel like I just walked out of a dermatologist office. I'm excited to see my results after a few treatments.

When I recv'd my kit, did not use right away which caused anxiety!! After chatting with agent, wanted to make sure I rec'vd corrct amount of items. And I did. What a pleasure he was. He remained very professional & answered every question. Now, I will watch the video on how to use!
horrible fullfillment
This company does not have it's fullfillment process streamlined. I placed an order for the stamping vials, and the all in one serum. Then recieved several emails that they were coming, not coming, one was coming because the other was backordered. Confusing. Then the serum came, but no vial. confirmation email says I got both. Emailed service and only auto replies - AI responses with nothing to do with what I asked - something about how the new vial head design. Not my question and remember i didn't get the vials!! It finally took me going on Social media to get someone to help me. When I said I wanted my money back, they said - oops looks like it just shipped. No confirmation email that it was until I asked for a refund. The entire process infuriating.

Ordered combo for dark spots and wrinkles
I ordered this product hoping that will work even though I have mild rosascea, I applied as it was instructed and watched videos on you tube, but unfortunately didn’t work for me.
Customer service was great, since I ordered the product they were making sure I was able to fallow the instructions, when it didn’t work for me they help me to get money reimbursed.
I highly recommend this company.

A Lot of Positive Feedback
My partner can see a big difference in my skin and I can feel a big difference in my skin as well. I just follow your instructions and microneedle every two weeks or once a month. I get a lot of compliments on my skin now. I found out that if I wash my face and just let it dry by itself, this also has a plumping effect on my skin as well. I am highly satisfied with your serums and your other products like the face mask and the UV light for my decolletage. Everything is very affordable for me. Thank you

Poor Communication and Missing Essentials
On March 11th I ordered the Micro-Infusion 6 Month (for wrinkles + dark spots), along with the Micro-Infusion 1 Month Bundle (for dark spots)…all of which cost me nearly $300.
After 10 days of waiting, I was so excited when I finally received the notification that my order was to be delivered (March 21). Before then, I had received a few emails giving me updates, but they contained conflicting information (one would say “your order is delayed,” followed by another saying “your order is on its way”). I overlooked it, assuming it was just a glitch.
There was no clear email stating that part of my order was delayed or that items would ship separately, or giving me the option to contact support if that was an issue. So I was pretty surprised when my order arrived in a tiny, plain cardboard box—no branding on the outside or inside, no instructions, no packing slip…just my items thrown in a box.
I reached out to customer service immediately to ask whether canceling the remainder of my order was an option (tbh I was kinda fishing to see if they’d offer a discount given the poor communication). The rep said they needed to check with a supervisor and asked me to wait in the chat. While I was waiting, the chat timed out and I couldn’t re-enter.
Then I received an email saying the rest of my order had been canceled—no follow-up, no confirmation, just canceled.
This became even more frustrating when I looked up how to use the product I did receive and realized I only had 2 parts (the microneedle head and serum) of a 3-part system—I’m missing the actual device. So now I’m basically stuck with unusable product.
I’ve reached out to customer service again and while I appreciate that they’re acknowledging the issue, there’s no sense of urgency and no offer of compensation. I’m sorry, but regardless of the transitions the company is going through right now, this feels like a pretty major screw-up on their end.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I haven't been able to use the products yet because my order never reached me. When I received the very large package that was supposed to have thr red light hair cap, face device, neck device, the shower head and filters, along with some microfusion treatments; the package had been damaged and most of the contents of the box were missing. I promptly contacted customer service with photos and am still waiting to even speak to a real person. I contacted them on March 17, and have yet to had any resolution. I have made several attempts to contact them via email, live chat option, and phone calls, they have yet to resolve the issue. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to using their products. I hope this helps anyone considering buying their products. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Good product, poor customer service
3/31/26 Update:
Even though the reply from Qure below states they will send me a new tip, I am still getting emails asking for videos. No new tip, just constant emails…THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP ON THEIR PROMISES! Buyer beware.
The product is decent, but customer service is atrocious.
I purchased a six-month supply of their micro-infusion system. Had a couple of issues with the infusion tips, so reached out to Qure to see if they could help.
There were little plastic pieces that would fall out of the tips prior to screwing them onto the bottle, and one top didn’t screw on evenly (I’ve tried it on a couple of bottles). They asked for pictures of the kit, the bottles and tops. I supplied this immediately. A week later, they responded that the tips are extra pieces that shouldn’t be used (why are they in there then?!?). They never addressed the tip that wouldn’t screw on to the bottles. So, I wrote back. Now they want a video. I really don’t have time for this craziness, I just asked for a new tip, not a refund or discount.
Top notch customer service is important to me. This is something the Qure team is lacking.

I ordered this product several weeks…
I ordered this product several weeks ago. Still waiting, I contacted them last week and they told me I would receive an email update last Monday because they were low on stock. I never received a follow up email and they should have been transparent when I ordered it that it was low in stock. So far horrible experience!
